Yikes, the time does fly. Especially when you're about to leave on a trip that you're not really ready for.
So we (my parents, brother and me) are going to Japan on the 9th, and coming home around the 27th. It's because of Dad's job, which is why we are apparently going at the worst time of the year, which is the rainy season or something. :P Joy.
I've been apprehensive about this trip, but for all my complaints I am looking forward to it. I've traveled a lot in my life, and I tend to take that for granted; I really have been very lucky.
I haven't been out of the country in a long time, though, and it's a little daunting to think of spending two weeks in a culture that is unfamiliar to me. (This is where I wish I watched more anime. XD)
Anyway, bad jokes aside, this should be an interesting experience.
And I always love finding bizarrely named candies. :D |
