Yes, he would supply them with heirs, but he seemed more keen on restricting their hunting times and tending his hyena goons.But there were times, when his first cubs born into his rule, would approach him, that his heart would shine brightly through his eyes. The old Scar, Taka, would emerge from beneath, swelling with pride and love. Unfortunately for them all, those times were fleeting and few. For the contest!!! 8D In the top ten! (OF WHICH THERE ARE THREE...that was a Eddie Izzard reference if no one caught it.)BUT. I likes it because I think it helps illustrate that characters are different under different circumstances. Her screamed prayer and curse in the ancient tongue echoed off of Pride Rock, but was soon drowned out by the roaring of those looking on. The pride sang their approval, as Kovu sat with his children apart from the pride with the rest of the mourners. Muffy looked up with curious green eyes at his father."Papa, why is Mommy so angry with Grampa Simba?" he asked. Kovu closed his eyes briefly against a wave of fresh grief, and replied, "Because Simba left without telling her goodbye." Kiara turns into the Warrior Princess of Pride Rock Hur hur. |

02:43 Wed 1/28/2009 Fans of This Picture: 6 Because not every tale about love is neither true nor happy.I've always thought that in the canon universe, Scar and Zira were together, and maybe at first by choice, but later because of one small but endearing thing: misery loves company. In the beginning I think they were pretty enfatuated by each other. But as we all know, either by experience or as a third party member, even supposedly destined lovers fade out of their 'Honeymoon phase.' Eventually, Scar's narcissistic, self-loving ways overpowered his affection for Zira, and either as a result or left to her own devices, Zira started to slip into a jealous insanity that made it impossible for her to rationalize the acts and emotions of others. You are arrogant and you killed my mother. And further more," he turned his back on the pride one last time as the Ahadi they'd once known, "you are weak." (Kinda like Simba.) Here he is in his dream place, ruling over Pride Rock with that smirk on his face. Lol not really. I just wanted to draw Sora on Pride Rock the same way Simba makes his entrance as a cub. Thought it came out well. :3 Used the official Sora lion form reference from google, so it was hard to get a good color that I liked. Took me at least five tries. Ukue relied on Abari for comfort when her first cub was brutally murdered by a starving lioness, and eventually, comfort turned into something else. |

And Thembai means nothing to me, not after he turned on your father-- Ukue: THAT'S NOT TRUE!! I'LL MAKE YOU EAT THOSE WORDS!!! Ukue and Zira duke it out after Thembai leaves the Pride Lands and an accident leads to Nuka's mental troubles. This is the last time they had an actual conversation with one another. Shani pulled away from him to smile up into his eyes as he smiled down into her's, both of them unaware of the queen storming towards them.OKAY SO. To clear up the confusion: the butter colored lion is Mheetu. According to my fantheories, Mheetu IS NOT Sarafina's son. He is the son of Scar by his adoptive mother, Uru. TO CLEAR THAT CONFUSION UP: Uru is not Scar's mother according to my fantheories. Shani is Simba and Nala's daughter, making Mheetu her second/third uncle or cousin or something. |

Future king of Pride Rock and the first in many generations to ask to rule alongside his own brothers. Wise, stoic, and stubborn to a fault. Kopa the Second: Carefree and a bit of a flirt, Kovu and Kiara's middle child. Said to be the reincarnation of Kopa the First, Kiara's twin brother. Daudi: the last born of the litter, and possibly the smartest. Daudi inherited most of his genes from his father's side, and though he is generally thought of as weak, he's actually highly intelligent. Kovu and Kiara make pritty babies. :B |

Kopa (right) sings that famous Soggy Bottom Boys song to Vitani about his troubles, even while keeping a smile on her face, making her realize life is bad on both sides of the tracks for some people. This is actually a scene from 'Turning the Tables' in the future. Stay tuned. ;D |

Ukue would gladly have taken revenge for the wrongs done to her. This isn't finished yet, in case you haven't noticed. Kovu and the others have yet to be shaded and I need to put in a bg with the rest of the prides in there. But for now this'll have to do. Anyway. His clan wondered where he'd learned such thrilling stories, and when the lionesses caught snatches of them, they would swear his talent was almost greater than even Rafiki's. There was something eerily familiar about the lioness's presence that had the fur on his back standing on end. Slowly she turned towards him, and Kovu flinched when he caught sight of the nasty scars that went over her right eye. Instinctively he knew she was looking at him, though the pupil of her scarred eye was white and immobile. "Oh, Kovu," Kiara tittered, grinning knowingly at the lioness. "Is that any way to greet your mother?" "M-my...my...what..?!" Kovu meets his estranged mother, whom he was told abandoned him when he was a cub, when in reality Zira snatched him away from Ukue. Sadness. :( |

I think Ahadi was a typical male lion, albiet a bit...um...psychopathic, and with a mean temper. I think Taka was firstborn, onyl Ahad made a last minute decision and chose Mufasa. It sort of makes sense of you remember two of Scar's lines: "Whyy, if it isn't my big brother, descending from on high, to mingle with the commoners!" "Well I was first in line...until the little hairball was born." Hey, if the shoe fits. Also, my favorite theory by a fanfiction writer on how Taka got his scar is that when he was a cub a honey badger bit his eye and it nearly popped out. I wish I had the link to the story it's very interesting. |

As you can see, when half brother and half sister first mee, things don't go so well. By this time, Sarabi has joined Mufasa amongst the stars, so she cannot act as a mediator between her children.
