| Hello penzi, I saw your bulletin and if you are looking for tutorials how to draw lions and draw them digital, I suggest you should look at deviantart.com and seek "tutorial". You will have plenty of result. I also have a tutorial in deviantart, http://thylacosmilus.deviantart.com (digital). It is very big. Maybe it isenīt very good in speeling and grammer but I suggest you seek in deviantart. Good Luck!! |

| Hey there! I finally got to doing your icon, but I had to go looking and track down a reference picture for your character.. x.X; Next time you ask for an icon from someone, please include a reference picture of the specific character you want. :> If y'don't know how to do that, here's some direction: Bring your reference image up in your browser (it must be an image that is on the internet. ;> I've had people direct me to their desktop before.. which sadly, doesn't work. XD) Right-click on the image. A menu should pop up with something like 'Properties' near the bottom. Click properties, and then highlight and cut the image's now-displayed address (it'll be the long string of characters begining with 'http://' and ending with a file extension like '.jpg' or '.png' or such) with CTRL+C (on the keyboard). Then, go back to the trading tree and CTRL+V (again, on the keyboard) the image address into the reference URL box. :> Hope that helps! I'm still a bit woozy, so if it doesn't make sense it's probably my fault.. ;> -Erisu L. |

| Hi Penzi! Nice art work you have here. I'm the artist who is doing that hyena-head icon of your character Penzi. I htought I might drop by and let you know how to do a ref pic! First you find the picture of the character you want done in your gallery and right-click on it. Then go to the bottom where it say 'properties' and click. Then where it says "adress (URL)" select the adress to the right by clicking and dragging. Then right click it and select "copy". Go back to the icon page and where it says 'reference' right-click and select "paste". And thats how ya do it! I hope I helped you out somehow XD Ozy |

| Hi! I'm really liking your art so far. Your character designs are beautiful, keep up the good work! ~Sandy P.S: Here's how to do those ref pic things for the icons. First, you go to your account on here and open the reference picture you want to use. Then, right-click it. It should say "PROPERTIES" at the bottom of the list. Click that and a box should show up. There is an option at the top that says "LOCATION" and it gives you the url for the pic. Highlight it, copy it, and paste it where you need to paste it. Hope it helps! EDIT: Whaddaya mean? It always should work... try asking for another icon from me and trying the ref thing. Lemme see if it comes out too small... |

| hi mint i noticed you're having trouble with refs on the TT, they are very simple but i think you have made them complicated. All you do is request an icon then type "please can i have one of my fursona" or something, then in the little white box that says Reference you find one of your pictures of your character and copy and paste the adress at the top of the page. (something like MyPicture) I say this because most artists including me do not have time to go hunting through your gallery looking for characters so you will be ignored for all icons :( |

| I saw your bulletin, the 'whats wrong?'one. Just because you didn't get any or a lot of comments on your pictures doesn't mean no one has seen them. There are over 5725 artists and between them 273759 pictures over all and they keep growing every day. If you don't feel like your good enough for this website, just keep practicing. DO you honestly think that the great artists got where they are today if they hadn't have practised? Practising goes a long way, if you don't feel up to doing the work well that's too bad. Every artist on the archive has great promise to improve. -saft |

| Heh, I was going to comment on your bulletin but looks like loads of people have beaten me to it! Every single artist on here was a worse drawer than you sweetie, they improved over time and got acknowledged for it, some even got AotM. Some artists come on looking as if they have drawn perfect all their lives! They will have practiced for years before joining TLKFAA. I didn't practice myself and started out rubbish, I still am really but I'll post stuff up on here still every now and then (I'm at Uni so its difficult fitting a drawing in!). I won't get many comments at all but I don't mind. The thing I love about TLKFAA is not being an artist and putting up pictures, its watching your favourite artists grow and get better. I will never be a good artist but that doesn't mean you won't be with practice! You have more time than me, so don't give up! Do you want to have your own style or get close to Disney style? Do you want to only draw lions as your characters or do you want to try other species? Do you want to try black and white drawings or colour? Outline in pen or in pencil? Digital drawing or pencil and paper? Crayons or pencils? Real-life or cartoon? The choices of drawing are endless. And if you find TLKFAA is a bit limiting, Deviantart is always a possibilty. I'm on there too, watching my favourite artists on DA improve. So, either practice and improve, or watch and learn. Your way of being an artist is up to you. Enjoy TLKFAA Nava. Your art work is great! And I love the colored pencils, because that is how I first started out! Don't let little things get to you, because they mean nothing! | Nava, you have to remember that people aren't always going to fave every one of your pictures. That doesn't mean you're bad, or your pictures suck. You're actually quite good. Just don't worry about it. I'm sure people like your pics. J4R |

| Hey Nava, (hopefully I can remmeber what I already wrote, I accidentaly closed the window and lost it) Just because your art isn't being faved doesn't mean people don't like it. My art isn't faved all the time but I don't get upset because of it. I draw because I love to, and I think that's what everyone should do. I think your art is cute, and I think you shouldn't worry about people not liking your art. Just remember you have favs at all, and you have quite a few comments too. My advice to you is to not post bulletins in that manner or wording. It will be taken wrong and people will think you are looking for attention. It sounds a bit selfish too. Don't worry all the time. If something seems to be wrong, think it through logically. Say your not getting favs, but your getting comments, or vice versa (sp?). That's still great. If your getting neither, it might be because no one feels inspired to comment or doesn't want to overflow their favorites. (I bet most people fav something then don't look at it for a very long time. I know I do, so that's why I don't really fav anymore.) Enjoy drawing, enjoy letting people look at your art, enjoy looking at other's art. It's all about YOU having fun, right? (That might have been way shorter that my other one was going to be, and you might wanna be thankful for that cause MAN can I ramble and ramble...this one might be a bit rambly too...and wow, I'm rambling about rambling! heh! Do you think ramble is a weird sounding word? I do...ok, I stop before I lose hold of myself XD) |

Sure. the nimph is a tropical creature that stays in the wetlands of the rainforest. Its not very social and aviods being seen. It eats only fruits and insects. Some have wings.

| I saw your bulletin, about the tablet :3 I have a Bamboo Fun tablet (Wacom brand) It's been great, I would recommend it :3 But if you go to Wacom.com then you can compare the uses and the ups and downs of tablets there, as well as prices :3 I don't know of many other tablet brands though :P |
| i saw your bulletin about tablets, im not exactly sure what kind my tablet is, but its part of the trust brand. oh but i wanna give a slight warning about using tablets(but im not sure if its the same for all tablets and you may have been told this already) although they sound real easy to use its not too easy at first ^-^ it takes abit of time to get used to it, also its abit weird watching the lines come up on the screen instead of on what your drawing on, and i think you may already know tablets can be quite pricey, so you have to be careful 'cause i know my tablet is quite delicate. afew tips when it comes to using it, try and put it on a flat surface, that way it wont keep moving when you go to draw, also when you first use one your lines will start off being quite wobbly, so take your time to practice to get smooth lines(or cop out like me and do scribbly lines :P) as long as you practice you should be fine using the tablet ^^ i hope this helped :](sorry for rambling on for so long ^-^'') edit:hey, me again awnsering your question about tablets :P no you dont need photoshop and you can draw on paint, and you can draw on sketcher without a tablet. hope this helped :] |

| About your bulletin (y'know, which art programmes to use with your tablet) - it doesn't really matter. You can use any one ^-^ Paint can be harder to produce cool-looking pics in, but it's not impossible! I recommend GIMP, myself. It's free to download and offers pretty much everything Photoshop does. And yep, you can use Sketcher (well, you could with a mouse too) as long as your computer and Internet are able to support it. Mine aren't =_= Good luck with your art! ^-^ |
