| Hey, Koraden, I can't wait for your bird bonanza to start up :). Some of my favorite things to draw are birds, and the first TLK thing I ever drew was Zazu on the back of an index card. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I'll be participating in the bird bonanza as much as school and homework will allow. Majordomo EDIT: Hallelujah!!! You got AotM! I can't believe it! You definitely deserve it. You're friendly, an awesome storyteller, a great artist, dedicated to canon artwork... I'm just so happy! But now I have to find out who else to vote for. |

| I've seen a lot of wonderfully done canon art from you for some time, but for whatever reason, I never added you to my Favorite Artists list. I'd like to formally say now that I love your art and ideas, and it's remarkable how much you've improved during your time here. Also, congratulations on getting nominated as AoTM -- something I actually didn't know about until I went to your page to add you as a favorite (and if it's any consolation, when I was AoTM all those years ago, I got February too. Short but sweet.) |

XD I thought it was truthful. I did know people had been floating my name for AotM, so I shared that because I still don't think I really deserve it. (If anything I intended that to have the opposite effect!) I included the site contest because it caused me to reevaluate my whole approach to TLK art when I couldn't succeed at it. It's also part of dealing with my own jealousy.
D: I really didn't mean for it to sound like bragging and I'm sorry if that's how it came off to you. The only person whose head I've been inside is my own, so I give advice in the only way I know how, by talking about myself. XD I'm proud of how far I've come, and I'm not going to apologize for that. And I still suck at a lot of things, so I'm going to keep drawing and trying to get better at TLK art. ^^

| A huge big congrats for getting AOTM, you really deserve it. I really admire your artwork, especially the series of African birds, which inspired me to do my own. Looking through your gallery you've come a long way with your art, and you just keep getting better. Keep it up, and I'm looking forward to seeing more from you. :) |

| Congrats on AotM! I just first saw your gallery a few weeks ago, but I've been faithfully checking it every time you update. I love your work, and it is fantastic seeing how far you've come (not that you started out badly, but the improvement is noticeable). Enjoy your time to shine! :D By the way, I know you're probably swamped with requests and trades and stuff right now, but I've been looking around for someone to ask about this and you seem like a down right friendly person. So here's the question: how do trades and requests work? | I was wondering of I could request a picture of my zorse, Alejandro from you. I am a visable fan and i know you have a long line of requests so don't worry about it taking forever.You could make him look like Spirit does in the part of the Spirit movie when the calvary are trying to ride him and he is prancing around with a smart grin on his face. He would be a prince of the melanist pride that I have, son of my characters Blitz and Laila (eventual leaders of the pride).

His older brother would be Verja, whom he would look up to, and I think if I adopt him he would be the more adventurous of the brothers. I may alter his name if that is alright with you but perhaps "Silverpaw" would be a title he would carry. I could see him being a swift and skilled hunter which would earn him that name.

Most of it is. I do scan in some pictures and edit them in photoshop, too. I also have a few pen sketches and sharpie marker pictures that were not done on the computer.

OMG! I just stopped by your gallery again and I realised how many spectacular canon pics you have! Wow really amazing! You should get alot more comments on your pics because obviously you're putting A LOT of work into each one! I love the clean coloring and your great backgrounds!!
