Afia, meaing health is the daughter of Zelzi and Jarabi and the sister of Casus, Leo and Tannani. When she saw Casus leave the pride, she followed curiously with Tannani only to find that she had inadveretantly waked into exile, unable to return home.

She has light coloured fur like her father and mother of Drusilla.

Casus is the son of Jarabi and Zelzi and a lion who once belonged to a pride; though strong, he is against fighting and when his brother, Leo wanted to fight for the throne, he scratched Casus across the the chest leaving him with a scar. Casus was exiled by the rest of his pride for not being a good leader, unknowingly followed by his little sister and brother. When he realised, it was too late to take them back, so now they all wander the Savannah looking for somewhere to live.

He has a brown main and body with a contrastingly light chest and face. His scar is made up of three lines meeting in the middle on right side of his chest.

Casus becomes the mate of Staarabu and future king of Pride Rock, being the father of Kia and Starlight.

Father of Chumvi and grandfather of Kovu and Tojo

She was the mate of Choyo and mother of Ahadi. They lived by the mountains, but Choyo became too selfish and Daila left with Ahadi, which is when they met Uru.

Drusilla is the daughter of Afia, with very fair fur.

Jabari, meaning Brave and fearless is the son of Kiara and Kovu and the twin brother of Staarabu. He has similar clourings to Kiara, but is slightly greyer on his front with a small patch on his back. He is brave and adventurous, willing to try anything, which often gets him into trouble because he doesn't think ahead.

He becomes Zelzi's mate and the father of Casus, Leo, Afia and Tannani, but he dies in a drought.

Kia is the daughter of Staarabu and Casus and the twin sister of Starlight. She has mostly light fur except for a dark muzzle.

Father of Dotty, Spotty, Digger and Sly-Eye

Son of Vitani and Kopa, he was born blind. His father was killed by a rock slide in the gorge, while fighting hyenas.

His mother was hard on him as a cub to make sure he became strong, knowing that his weakeness could get him killed. Unfortunately, while out playing with his sister, he hurt his leg; it became infected and Kopi died.

He has his mother's colouring and his main is the colour of his father's.

Leo is the son of Jarabi and Zelzi younger brother of Casus and older brother of Afia and Tannani. Though Casus should have been the ruler of their pride, he challanged him to the throne. His siblings all left and he became ruler of the pride.

He has a light main and dark fur, making him stand out in a crowd.

Mother of Scruffy, Zira, Ni and Penah and grandmother of Spotty, Dotty, Digger and Slye-Eye Malka and Tama

Nila is Mahtu's mate and the mother of Uru. She has dark fur with darker patches around her head and body.

Rhi is a rogue lion looking for a pride.

He has green eyes and dark fur, which Kovu inherited.

Grandfather of Sarafina, Sarabi, Ni, Zira and Scruffy

Mother of Chumvi and grandmother of Kovu and Tojo

Staarabu, meaning wise is the daughter of Kiara and Kovu and the twin sister of Jabari. She has the colouring of her father, except for her her tail and her middle, which has Kiara's clouring. She is a cautious cub and tries to keep her brother out of trouble.

Casus becomes her mate and Kia and Starlight are her twin cubs.

Starlight is the daughter of Staarabu and Casus and the twin sister of Kia. She has a mixture colours from dark brown to ashen to light blonde.

The youngest of four, Tannani's father was already dead before he was born and his mother died during labour. He is still very young and always follows his siblings about everwhere.

He has light fur, but a brown tuft of hair and brown tail.

Father of Scruffy, Zira, Ni, Sarafina and Sarabi

Tormer is Zelzi's father and leader of his pride; he had a lot of responsibilities so time for his daughter was sparing. He was regretful that he didn't spend more time with her once she ran away.

He has a brown main and ashen coloured fur with some dark markings across his face.

Father of Kula and Leo

Zelzi is the daughter of Tormer; she felt that her father put his duties as leader of their pride, over her and became disdainful so she ran away.

She has greyish fur with a brown muzzle, under belly ad forehead; she also has black marks around her face.

She becomes Jarabi's mate and the mother of Casus, Leo, Afia and Tannani, but she died giving birth to Tannani.
