Cyrrus is the Doctor's brother (^-^)
He hardly ever smiles due to the war inflicting more than physical wounds on him (his wife and child were killed in front of him) and since it ended he's been wandering around with a little cub named Blanche for company. He also picked up Axel, an outcast due to his 'Jumper' abilities, and a young lioness called Helix. He may act withdrawn and somewhat unspoken, but he is kind and generous with a great sense of humour. And once Helix arrices on the scene, she makes him consider that maybe being a hero isn't as bad as it seems...

Tamora is Kesi's younger sister. She attempted to fight in the Time War, but her TARDIS malfunctioned and shot through the vortex, crash landing in 1973 Manchester. She becomes a new D.I. for A division led by the infamous Gene Hunt, and is definitely a handful. Another tendancy is to change her hairstyle: seeing as she can no longer regenerate, she likes to change her looks occasionally for variety 83 She has a thing for Sam's sunglasses, fast cars and a thirst for danger and guns. Basically, the best damn female D.I. around ^^
She's a bit of a sucker when it comes to relationships; if they say they love her, she usually falls for it xD She's known to have had relationships with both male and female partners but none have really stuck except her current one, where she is with Blaise. But you never know, someone might take her eye and make her swan off again...;D
She has three accidents...I mean children, each from different fathers:
Darcy (Rollo being the father)

Razi is Kesi's older brother (only shown in Kesi's Prequel.) He was sent off by the Master to work in the Gallifreyan warriors, but visits his two sisters from time to time. He's the typical 'Army boy'- cocky, tough and smooth-talking. As a result, there are lots of Time-ladies swooning over him ;) He understands Kesi's plight, and even helps her in the rebellion. He disappears in the battle, presumed dead, but he is anything but...
After regenerating for the first time, he realised that there was something different about him that terrified others. A dark secret that only he knew...and after meeting up with a scruffy rebellious younger individual in a prison cell (who some could probably guess), Caiaphas helps get both of them out of there and becomes the younger man's friend and mentor- sorta the brother he never had. Despite his dark, mysterious and sometimes aloof ways, he finds comfort in looking after others. His 'apprentice' and helper, Kyler, was saved by him after he found him as a child wandering all alone. He often finds that he makes friends wherever he goes too =3
He also is a bit of what some would call a 'witch'- he makes a lot of potions and can make the blue fire he's holding x3 He can also shapeshift into different animals, but his most used are a black wolf (mistaken for the Grim) and a black panther. ^-^

Anomalie is a much darker individual than the other children of Kesi and the Doctor. He has a rather mixed up and mysterious personality, which affects the people around him. He was born on the edge of the void, a ‘blank canvas’ of universe where existence seems to be impossible, except apparently, for the TARDIS being able to withstand it. His name was all too true: He was an Anomalie, a being that shouldn’t have been birthed, especially so near to the void. One of the many reasons for his mysterious ways is that the void was said to have let the baby Anomalie absorb some of the dark matter from its heart. He travels alone, yet always searches feverishly for someone, anyone, who will make his lonely journey a little more bearable.

Arich is leader of my created Torchwood, and is very mysterious to say the least. none of the team know much about his past except perhaps Lunar [(c) to calliehish]and none of them dare to ask him... He is a bit of a flirt and has had a string of lionesses as his mate, including Zisi, the Empress of his own land and Myrr. He is very handsome, and he knows it, normally using it to his advantage. He does have a darker side to him though, and says often that 'he should be mad' thanks to the things he's seen. He is brave and will fight anything that threatens anyone close to him.

Axel is one of the cubs Cyrrus raises, and continues to be one of his companions long after his cubhood has finished.
He's a Jumper (meaning he can teleport) and his mother neglected him because of this. He's a natural troublemaker, and is constantly getting into it, especially when Cyrrus orders him not to. His best friend is Blanche, as she was the only cub around him when he was younger, but maybe the relationship will develop? Who knows.

Benji is the son of Tamora and Gene ^^
After being born, Benji was shunned by his father and was brought up knowing that Gene was his father but not being able to do any of the father/son things that he so wanted to do. And when he confided in his mother that he was gay, Gene hit the roof. Benji felt lonelier than ever, and not only got a boyfriend that was a murder suspect in Tamora's case, but met up with a certain gay couple that let's just say welcomed him into the ways of the world xD When Tammy found out, she argued with her son and left, making Benji so angry that he ran away to that couple.
His life suddenly started looking up when he found out about an audition for a bass guitarist for a band, and the rest is history =)

Blaise is another member of Kali.
Thoughtful and caring, Blaise always tries to see the good in people, including Kesi as she comes from such a bad background. He is always reasonable, and comes up with the best soloutions to problems. He harbours a soft spot for Neon, but is tragically killed in the headquarters when the Daleks attack :(

Cadeyrn looks an awful lot like Doc 9, which sorta freaks the Doc out a little. Cadeyrn is a troublemaker and is always getting involved in fights and confrontations, but always manages to worm his way out of serious danger. Swali looks a lot more like his parents, and is the exact opposite. He’s quite withdrawn and prefers to hang around with Clo rather than get into any squabbles with Cedric. But as he grows up, he becomes more daring and brave than his cubhood years.
They both regenerate simultaneously after an enemy ‘kills’ the both of them, and become their present selves.
They can be described as a typical Fred and George relationship. They bounce off each other, make jibes and answer each others sentences to annoy their parents, and are the best company for each other :D

Calvin is the boy twin of Rollo and Callie.
As a child, Calvin was always the troublemaker; stealing Angelique’s toy lion and threatening to maim it was one of his favourite occupations xD He himself owned a stuffed toy tiger named Hobbes (See what I did there? xD) and is besotted with it. Hobbes is dragged everywhere by Calvin, and has had many adventures of his own, one of which was being strapped to a ceiling fan and being told that he was flying.
As he gets older, Calvin leaves Hobbes at home a little bit more, and is quite a clumsy and loud teenager who gets into a fair bit of trouble at the Academy, rather like his father did. But thankfully, he is lucky and does not get expelled. Once he gets out of the Academy he turns to one of the things he’d pretended to be when he was a child: he gets his own ship and becomes a pirate. But with this ‘profession’ comes danger, and on more than one occasion Calvin barely escapes the Hangman’s noose. He’s not the right sort for love, rather like his father in that respect. After his relationship with Malika, he has two more, both failures and one resulting in the girl dying for him, which terrifies him and makes him refuse help or protection from anyone for fear of history repeating itself. This event also makes him unable to form any close bonds with anyone, which makes him appear more independent than he really is.
He has Rollo’s cockiness, but also keeps a level head in dangerous situations…unlike his father xD

Cedric is the first son of Kesi and the doctor. He's a little shy as a cub, but as he grows up he becomes brave and reckless like his mother, but still has the patience of his father. He isn't as forward-going as his feisty sister Ski, and is a little nervous when it comes to confrontations...

A beautiful but nervous Time lioness, Celestia was in the small pod that saved 3 of the time lionesses from the horrors of the Time War.
Her mother bundled her into an escape pod with 2 other young cubs but failed to set it off. The terrified Celestia and friends hid while their home planet raged around them. She accidently hit the launch button, and the pod soared into open space, landing on Gallifrey's sister, and a few years later on 21st century Earth. She's terrified of loud bangs or screams, as they remind her of the War, and needs a lot of persuading to do anything that involves it.

Ceppa is an associate of the Master, and was changed into a 'human' and put in suspended animation by him before the last Time War. When he finally frees her, she opens her fog watch and turns back into her time lady self.
She's sly and has virtually no good in her; she only feels sympathy for the Master, who she dotes upon. She's sent as an assasin to do his dirty work but she is so foolishly loyal to him she doesn't understand that he doesn't care for her the way she does for him...
Ceppa also has an annoying habit of becoming stupidly jealous the Master's 'relationships' with other females. And unfortunately, she gets rid of them the only way she knows; murdering them ^^ What a joyful little critter she is ;) lawl

Chip is Clo's best friend. They met on Earth when they were both cubs, and have become inseperable ever since. Until Clo gets called back to her parents by the TARDIS, Chip actually realises he likes her a lot more than a friend...

Clo is the youngest daughter of Kesi and the doctor, and is incredibly shy throughout her whole cubhood. However, she is kind and willing to help her friend, Chip, when he needs help.
Clo is always referred to as the ‘quiet one’ which is true, in theory. But her memory has been wiped; her early life was very harsh. Kesi didn't just have Clo; Clo was one of a twin, and that twin got killed in a stampede before the Doctor could reach it in time. When the twin died, Clo felt like a part of her died with it, and was always blaming her father for her twin’s demise. She runs away and runs into the Master, and she sorta becomes his 'surrogate daughter'. She sorta gets into his mind a little and realises what her father did in the war. The Master turns her against him, and uses her as a scapegoat to get to the Doctor.

Daantje is one of Zisi's trusted friends, and accompanies her on their mission to get Arich back to his Homeland. She can be a little ditzy and sometimes needs sharp reminders from Zisi, but has a heart of gold and will help anyone in trouble, including Arich. She was once his cubhood friend, and has always harboured a secret crush on him, much to the disgust and annoyance of both Zisi and his mate, Lunar (Calliehish's char)

Darcy is the 'teenage' daughter of Rollo and Tamora. Rollo raised Darcy himself, doting on her due to the cub being his only company. He does tend to spoil her, but her modest and genuine nature makes others unaware of it. Like her father, she's eccentric and rather wacky, but is kind and sometimes brutally honest to anyone she meets.
She's best friends with Donnie and despite both having other relationships, she finds their bond the strongest...

Darren is the most genuine guy you could meet. He's sweet, caring and loves to be the centre of attention, whether that's bad or good xD He is supposedly best friends with Arich's eldest son, Alister and goes out with Alister's younger sister, Anwen 8D Whom he loves so very muchly <33

Defined as the 'mad one' of the three survivors =)
She was a cub during the Time War, and was bundled into the escape pod along with Celestia and Jet. She's a bit of a ditz, and gets this wrong an awful lot. But she's very generous and loyal to her friends =3 She can also make 'emerald fire' a rare substance hardly ever found in any close planets. It will never be extinguished, and doesn't burn living flesh.

When Rollo returns from the Army (for a second time) he brings back a gangly teenage Fortosian called Donnie. He is Arich's half-brother, despite Lunar's ([c] to Calliehish) suspicions of another Arich lovechild. He was a child soldier of the Army; taken from his family at 6 years old, he was trained how to shoot a gun and fight. Meaning he had to grow up- and fast.
Darcy takes a shine to the cheeky yet nervous Donnie, and the two become firm friends, with Darcy teaching the inexperienced Donnie that there's more to life than fighting.
Donnie is very cheeky and independant but is also very polite to his 'superiors'. Donnie always has time for Darcy and the feeling appears to be mutual...

Jehz is one of Tammy's friends. He is a bisexual, but may have a bf that Kichai is designing. He's rather timid in new situations, but once he gets to know someone he has a heart of gold and is a great guy to be around <3 He gets rather nervous around Lanina especially, because she freaks him out xD

And later on in his life, he becomes Godfather to Benji and adopts a young girl named Jemma ^^

Jet is one of the only Time lionesses left in existance, and has had an awful lot done to her, but not half as bad as Kesi...
Her story is that she was a cub when the Time War happened; she wanted to fight, but was shepherded away with the other young cubs/teens as an attempt to preserve the race. She ran away and got bundled into an escape pod along with 2 other cubs and crash landing on Gallifrey's sister planet...
Jet is reckless and full of fun; she keeps everyone she meets on their toes as her kindly nature is quickly changed to a monstrous one...

Kale is a teenage friend of Caiaphas, and the pair went around together in the Academy. Kale is an athletic, strong and flirty individual but lacks the academic side of things, preferring to lanquish in the Academy's grounds rather than attend classes. As a result, his grades aren't too good once he finally graduates, but along with Caiaphas joins the Army and they continue to be friends until Caiaphas gets bitten by Jackie. This horrifies and infuriates Kale and despite Caiaphas's begging, informs the officials of his friend's state. Utterly betrayed, Caiaphas runs away from the Army and leaves Kale there to forever regret what he did to his best friend. He was one of the last to fall in the last battle on Gallifrey.

I'm not going to class EVERY regeneration as a charrie because it'll take too long, but this is an important one XD
This is her teenage form, and original form. She meets the Doctor, at that time also a teenager, and with the help of Neon, Kilimi and Blaise, revolt against the twisted Time council, with her father as the Leader of the council.
This regeneration was once innocent and pure, but is now hardened with cruelty suffered from her father, and with a very strong will to stand up for what's right.

After a saddening incident ending up with Calvin's lover dying, he stumbles upon a baby Kimi crying out. Realising she's on her own, Calvin scoops her up and adopts her. Her real name is Ayla, but he christens her Kimi which means 'secret' in Japanese ^^ She symbolises to Calvin what he's lost, but nonetheless helps him through the grief in her own little way <3

Lanina prefers her own company, but she and Tamora get along like a house on fire. Lanina makes rather sarky comments to everyone and she is the queen of sarcasm, but she is really a genuine friend. She winds Gene up an awful lot because of this, and is frequently in trouble with the police. Thing is, she always has Tamora to get her out of it again <3 She has a rather large crush on Jehz also, although she hates admitting it.

Lucas is another friend of Caiaphas's. Lucas found Caiaphas in his weakened state of his 8th regeneration and stayed alongside him until he left to find his fortune in the world. Lucas had been a brooding, angry and dark guy before Caiaphas arrived on the scene due to the condition of his carrying the Lupine gene, i.e. the Werewolf gene. Having been bitten when he was a child, Lucas has known nothing but being a werewolf and he is shocked to find out that Caiaphas is a Blood Reaper. The two manage to live in harmony, hunting together when needing to, which is rare for their species to coincide. Lucas once had a mate that left due to her horror at his condition and he has a now teenage son, Lowell.

Despite her innocent face and charms, Malika is a typical Vailack: she's a born troublemaker, and always plays pranks on her older brother Darren whenever she gets the chance. She is best friends with Calvin at the Academy in Fortose, and does hook up with him for a short while. But they then go their own seperate ways and she remains in Fortose whilst he leaves to travel the universe =3

How to describe Mercutio without swearing...hmm...
He's like Marmite.
You either love him or hate him.
And most people hate him.
He's a general Casanova and will stop at nothing to get what he wants. He's also a bit of a criminal: The 'P' brand for Pirate sort of gives it away XD He finds his older brother Rollo purely by accident due to his raiding of Rollo's home. Once he realises it's his brother, he decides to stick around for a while to stir up trouble... xD
After leaving Rollo's for stirring up too much trouble and being replaced by Barnaby in Rollo's eyes, he stumbles upon an older Calvin and works with him. He also saves Calvin's butt on a number of occasions, and gleefully points it out to anyone who will listen.

Morgan says it like it is: She's going to go into her mother's area of work in the future methinks. And she raises hell for poor Tammy and Blaise as a teenager x3 (well, not really 'poor Tammy', cus she'll be out there with Morgan xDD)

Neon (human version) is a char in my prequel to all my fics, and is one of the members of an illegal organisation, Kali.
Neon is inventive and funny, and is easily Kesi's best friend out of the enitre group. She is clever and can easily outwit many ordinary Time Lions. She also has a power to paint or draw at rapid speeds, making her an exceptional artist. She is in love with Blaise, and is killed by Kesi's father in the Rebellion.

Orbit is one of twins, and is the seventh child of Kesi and the Doctor. He is also frightfully gay. He also has wings that only appear at night, and with the help of a friend he learns how to use them with limited success. He appears to most as being quite tough and no-nonsense, but around his 'one' he's like a lovestruck lamb x3

Ozone is Orbit's twin, the eighth child of Kesi and the Doctor (yes he is eighth, Orbit was born first)and is the 'normal one' of the two. He is very down to earth and rather stays in his twin's shadow. Once he's older he resembles his dad in many ways i.e. running from a fight instead of confronting it like Orbit would. However, when Cedric appears in his 3rd regeneration and all alone, Ozone jumps at the chance to travel with him. Now a new side is seen to Ozone; he's very tormenting, especially to his older brother and he's a big flirt to every female he aparrently meets, be they alien or not. x3

Ren is a Doctor Who based character and is Tamora's best friend from childhood. She is mischievous and can be unintentionally cruel but, she has a good heart. She is abnormally powerful for a Timelord, which made her an outcast on Gallifrey, even in the Prydonian Chapter of the Academy.
As Tamora can't regenerate, she was shunned by the Time Lords and Ren befriended her for who she was. She also finds her in 1981 and tries to get her to leave and travel again... Shunned from the time lords due to being only half-time lord (birth defect) she leaves and goes running around on Earth stirring up trouble.

Yus, that is his full name XD He lives on the sister planet of Gallifrey (Arich's homeland) despite being a Gallifreyan himself. He was kicked out of the Academy due to getting into trouble one too many times, and decided not to go near Gallifrey again. He was married once, his second girlfriend had scythes for hands and severed his right arm off when he dumped her, forcing him into becoming a cyborg despite the prejudice that went along with it. And then he met Zanna (Callie) and it changed him.
He's a bit of a nutter, really. The most random things end up coming up of his mouth, and he's obsessed with his black hat, which he's named Barnaby. He is convinced that not only is Barnaby real, but it's a reincarnation of Kurt Cobain XD
His actual behaviour is quite child-like, and he can be very innocent and naive at times, although other times he can be deffo grown-up *winks at Callie* and is distraught when he has to leave her for the Army...

Ruku is a rebellious qukio who prefers to be on her own rather than in a group. She's resourceful (sp?) and very protective of her friends and her mate.
The species are Cent Philips creation and she has a line art for them if anyone wants to use it. they are qukio's and they only come in horse colors yet eat like lions lol

Ski is the first daughter of Kesi and the doctor. She's the exact replica of Kesi, with a fiesty strong-willed attitude, but the looks to stun any potential boyfriend. She does have a thing for Jack, and flirts with him constantly but shockingly, he doesn't seem to mind ;)

This gorgeous girl was adopted from Kara, along with Daantje. Zisi is a main char in the fic I'm writing for my TW.
Arich met Zisi on his home planet, and they went out for a while. Zisi was absoloutely besotted with Arich, and thought the world of him, so when he left his home planet she pined after him. When he didn't return and she and her friend Daantje were summoned to get him back, she realised just how much Arich had changed... and how much of a lady-killer he turned out to be ;D lol Also, mother to Kyler, Arich's son :P

Zu'ec is a lot more outspoken than Jehz, and flirts with the girls non-stop, to Lanina's disgust. But he's a loyal friend, and will do anything for any of them... <3 Hot bandana guy!
