Bnx is a cougar who lives in the Superstition mountains in Arizona. His dad was like a hermit and a murderer, and when he died he left Bnx to take the blame. But Bnx is not a bad guy, and he's very wise and strong. So when Bnx decides to make friends with other cougars in the valley, he succeeds...except no one knows that he is "the mountain cougar". So when his best friend Abby finds out, she must decide for herself whether or not to believe that Bnx did not murder anyone.

Gabi's a bobcat who helps save a family of leopards from an evil poacher (don't ask me how a leopard and a bobcat ended up in the same environment...I was like eight years old when I wrote this).

Well, I have this idea about who my absolute dream guy would be, and I think he'd look like this as a lion. I'll try to write a story for him soon. Right now he's just (sigh) my perfect guy (er lion)

Lomi is extremely kind, and always happy. He finds such joy in life, even though it's not the easiest life. He can be very angry when need requires it, but only uses anger when it is absolutely necessary. He's very wise, only speaking when he needs to. He's also very playful, adventurous, and absolutely bright with joy. He's my Lomi! (it's short for Rorimac Vanwalomion, the Elvish name for Isaac)

It's hard to tell from the picture, but his eyes are different colors. His right eye is a palish green-blue like the top of the background, and his left eye is rainy-gray-blue....

He's a wolf/dog mix. He looks more like a wolf and I'm trying to figure out what other kind of dog is in him. He's kinda like White Fang - he's mostly wolf but there are some characteristics about his appearance and character that are more like a dog. He'll probably end up being one of the dumb cliche mix breeds, like a husky or something. I'll see...well, Matt was abandoned as a puppy by his father, and that caused him to think that love isn't true and it only ends in heartbreak. Throughout the story he learns how to love again, and also finds God (I'm trying to incorporate that into my story, though I might get rid of that theme later on). He's modeled after a guy I knew in ninth grade who I had a big crush on. I came up with my story then and the name sorta stuck even though I don't like him anymore...

Well, it's Banzai in Elvish. It's short for Imbeannoniel (Though it also means little mistress in some language -either an African language or French, the book doesn't say- if you've read "A Story Like the Wind" you'll recognize it - also, in "A Far Off Place" the movie which is very different from the book, you'll recognize it too)
Anyway, Noni is me. Sometimes I'm a wolf, sometimes I'm a lion, whatever I'm in the mood for. I've led a very rough life, and am kind of a loner, mistrustful due to things in my past but extremely imaginitive and full of dreams that I hope will come true someday. I love forests, being alone, and watching the moon and the stars. I have one scar on my right side, which goes from under my eye to my nose, representative of my hard past.

Silver is a true wolf. Taken from the wild when she was a puppy, she grew up an outcast in a household with five other dogs, used for hunting. Matt is one of them. At first all the other dogs hate her and think she does not belong, but when she and Matt get lost, they become friends.

His name is short for Sinnektomawok, which is Inuit for "dreams." He is Silver's brother. When Silver's parents were killed when she and Sinnek were puppies, Silver was taken but Sinnek and the rest of the pack escaped. Sinnek became the alpha when he grew older. He and the pack become crucial to the plot late in the story.

Theme Song: Ramble On (Led Zeppelin)

He's a gray wolf. He's wise and cunning and strong, and was kicked out of his pack because of his fierce and destructive nature and his attempt and failure to take over as alpha wolf. He forms his own pack of rogue wolves, and the group becomes known as the "black wolves" although they are not all black (black is just an archetype; I'm not racist or anything). Twilight meets Matt and Silver and threatens to kill them if he sees them again, which he inevitably does, and in a forest fire Matt's quick thinking kills Twilight's closest comrade. Twilight vows revenge.
