Finally. It's just like I kept a fireball in my hands too long and now - released it. Even my strong PC couldn't hold it anymore so it's not really finished either as Valkirie work. But the size of THIS work is the beggest I ever had on my archive.

This be for the contest by Fantasia on the main page. I read the topic and got so inspired to draw, I think I actually got over my ArtistBlock.
The twist: What would've happened if Simba didn't fall for Scar's mind-games and just ran home? Every kid needs his parents' emotional support <:)
I'm quite proud of this pic, I think I developed a few techniques while our internet was "broken".

The Lion King
Happy birthday to The Lion King! ^^
I first watched TLK when 12 years old,the part of Simba and Musafa under the sarts moved me most.
His paw stepped on Mufasa's big footprint gives me the idea to draw this pic...
(everyone can use it as a desk-top)

Well if you have read Chronicles of the Pride Lands by John Burkitt and David Morris before, you may understand it better -- about Sarabi's coming up memories of the former times of joy of the four of them. Sad memory, a heave burden.
