"Do it." Snow whispered, nuzzling under her new mate's jaw. "We owe him so much..."

"I..I.." Tumnus gazed idly at the sky. "I will..I'll help."

Tumnus, a white lion.
A male white lion, without a mane.

He is not male enough, he is not as perfect as his white pelt, his owners at the zoo are ashamed of his mane-less condition.

He feels inadequate, he feels not enough.
But there is someone out there, who sees him as more than he believes he could ever be, anyway.
