This is a biro pen sketch that I did for the conest. It has lost a lot of it's details because of my stupid scanner (which is annoying because I spent a very long time on this D:) but ohwell.

My story:

Zira: I'm sorry Mom, I was only tring to be like my sister and...

Zira's Mom: You will never be like her! She was brave, clever, a great warrior and an amazing hunter. All the things that you will never be!
Zira found it difficult to hold back the tears that were welling in her eyes. But she wasn't going to cry. Not today. One day she would show her mother how great she could be.

P.S: In my story, Zira's older sister died in a hunting accident.

For the contest. ^^

After Ahadi's death, Mufasa takes the throne with his queen Sarabi. Uru is there, although she is still in mourning.

This is the type of monsterous thing that you create when you try to do a watercolour painting at 11 at night D: Oh well I tried.

EDIT: I've just realized the the file name says Tojo and not Kopa. Oh well ^^

The young lion gazed up at pride rock. A strange feeling was bubbling up inside his chest. It was sadness. He longed to run up to his old home and shout " Mother! Father! Here I am! I'm not dead! Please, look!" but the his sadness quickly changed to fear. Fear that he would be chased away again by Her, the evil one who destroyed his life. He sighed as the cold rain started to fall and turned round to trudge back to his "home".

For the contest. I don't think that Kovu would be banished in real life so here he is fighting Simba for Pride Rock instead.

I did this realy late last night and the scanner ruined the colours so thats why it's so crap. D:
