Just to give you something to look at.

"/That/ is Mister Darcy," Zira said, leaning her head closer to Ukue's in a huddle.
"He looks miserable, poor soul!" Ukue exclaimed with a laugh.
"He may be miserable, but poor he most certainly is not," Zira said, shooting her dear friend an amused grin.

Ukue and Zira in anthro and Victorian era forms. Based off of the scene from the 2005 version of Pride and Prejudice. Not my favorite because it's too serious, but the clothing makes a lot more sense. While sometimes it can be elaborate, the costumes aren't as over the top. My favorite one is with Greer Garson--it definitely brings out the playful side of the book, without loosing its romantic and anxious appeal.
