Yes, it is a Timbapaw, but this one does not give any luck.

Timbapaw rules:

The first one to comment on a picture containing a Timbapaw will get lucky in one way or another.

And, you cannot claim to get lucky twice in a row, not even the luck given by spotting a Timbapaw can get you that lucky C:

For each Timbapaw you spot, you will gain a level. First to reach some randomly chosen level wins.

PS: This image is a Timbapaw. Keep an eye out for them :D
