Oh. My. Gosh.

Wow.

I can't decide which is more crazy, the fact that I have 60 fans now, or the fact that 60 people on this archive are crazy enough to fave me! :P

I didn't have the heart or spirit left to finish this. I don't think I ever will.

I don't remember ever feeling this broken before. My best friend, the guy who pratically took me under his wing as I was new to a completely new school and city, is moving. I know, I know- he's always in my heart, even those who are gone are with us as we... I know. But now I feel all torn up inside. Sad truth is, I'm most likely never going to see him again.

What am I gonna do?

... I've got some 'splaining to do. x_x

Okay. First of all, my new job is praticaly taking over my LIFE. I work five days a week, and, most of the time, I work more than half those days for thirteen hours straight. My two days off are the only time I can spend with my family, so they always drag me to go places with them.

I'm REALLY missing coming onto Sketcher each day and chatting with friends, and uploading about ten pics a day... But, sad to say, until school opens back up, that's not gonna happen. I'll try and upload pics, such as pics I know I owe my characters and my friends and for art trades and gifts and...You get the picture. xD

Once again... I'm REALLY sorry for the lack of uploads, guys, I hope you can forgive me! D:

Gah... I need an "official" copyright sign that I can put on all my pictures instead of writing out "Character & Drawing (c) Tigger". But I can't decide what to do for it... Wheee. This was fun to do. 8D Sketcher, of course. Initially inspired by Chelsea_the_Tomboy, who drew a similar realistic sketch above me. =D (Hers being MUCH better, of course. xDD)

Kinda proud of this, actually, especially since I didn't use a reference.

And yes. I know. Lions don't normally have eyebrows.

But mine does.

FINALLY!!

I have come up with a design I like and that is simple enough! <33 Introducing, the new and improved Jesiana! :D Her new design is a result of several contest entries I recieved (thanks to those who entered!). I chose the features on many entries' pictures that I loved the most, threw 'em into a giant mixing pot, and got this! :D So I guess part of everyone's design got into her! <3

But as for the winners, here they are! :D

I wonder who's more surprised, Lerato or the fish?

But seriously. It's been POURING down rain all week and all last week, and we've had severe flooding in nearby areas. It's kinda scary, because homes that are not too far away from us are being evacutated because of the flooding, and people are being stranded on their rooftops while the National Coast Guard comes to rescue them.

It's not kinda scary, actually, it's very scary, since I guess with the flip of a coin, I could get the tails and my family and I might have to evacuate our house, too. =/ -shudder-

Okay. I'm SORRY. There, I said it, I'm sorry. XDD I couldn't resist! The tone and feeling in Skether at the time was so... like, sad... and gloomy... And so I drew Lerato as an African penguin to cheer everyone up. So sue me. 8D

My entry in Timitu's contest, to illustrate a scene in Nora's Story. I chose the scene in the Prequel (Part 1) chapter 2, page 22, where Timitu and Nora share a final bonding moment before Timitu is told he has to leave. Sorry about Timitu's awkward-looking position, I haven't tried that pose much yet... xD Anyways, I haven't completely finnished reading Nora's story yet, but I'm half-way there, just finnished Book 2. <3

Heh. We had a MAJOR thunderstorm earlier, tornado watches, hail storms (hail was the size of tennis balls!), the whole nine yards. So, naturally, I freaked out. I HATE those kinds of storms.

For the current archive-wide contest.

I LOVED doing this. XD For one, it's a hilariously "awkward moment" (Simba caught on tape secretly eating bugs!), and it's my cynical and satiricle outlook on "wildlife TV personalities"- how many of them are NOT properly trained, who try to act like big, bad professionals, and who over-exxagerate and fluff up everything they say. Don't get me wrong- I know plenty who are great, my favorite being Jeff Corwin. But there are still others out there trying to make a career out of doing this- badly, might I say- and it makes me laugh. <33 Sic 'em, Simba!! >:D
