Trying out a few things, not the least of which are maintaining a clear light source, using complimentary colors for shading, and a new method for coloring fur. Done almost exclusively in Painter, Uru takes up the role of storyteller one evening.

The Second of the Four: Saada Imara. Goddess of war, fire, destruction, and the sun among many other things. Background inspired by several photos, with the volcano and its resultant lightning based heavily upon one of them.

The First of the Four: Maji Milele. Goddess of the storm, of the coming and going of the rains, of time, and the primary possessor of the Sight. Background based on a photo of a real thunderhead and Her left eye based on a photo of Hurricane Emilia.
