Vekke's cub Scar and the hyenas pic reminded my sleep-deprived brain of something: It seems everyone and their mother has their own version of how/why Scar got his scar.

Just a bit of fun with the variety. And, er, yes, I've seen all of these (well, save one...) in one capacity or another.

Just an idea that was itching to get out and I needed a cool-down after finishing some essays.

Drawn in Photoshop, colored in Painter. It was supposed to vaguely resemble a loose watercolor style I've seen used on things like Christmas cards, but, eh, I think it came off more as just having been quickly done (which it was).

And I don't think I need to tell anyone what the inspiration for this was.

Poking fun at things is entertaining. ^.^ A little prod in the direction of the concept of Scar having a sweet side (called Taka by many) that his evil side (Scar) stomped on. That's spawned some nasty squabbles...and the insanity in this pic. Enjoy :D
