"Morning Sentry Duty"

Please don't hate me for the watermark. I am hoping that this picture can become my very first print and I really would like the prints to be original, so hence the watermark.

Anyway, I've worked really hard on this one! About 8 hours work all together. This little meerkat got stuck with morning sentry duty. Poor thing ^_^ I hope you like it and enjoy it.

I know a few people are counting on me for trades. I am soo sorry. I have a ton of sketches here that I just need to colour, but here's a quicky of Sno and Shema relaxing.

Ok, not really a quicky - it took 6-7 hours, but I just had a big urge to colour this.

Hard to explain, but Shema is lost right now. Tosca on the other hand is helping me to see light in myself and my future. She's also helping me to see that there is more to life then love and that I can do so much more.

I will give a full explination one day!

So here is my second picture of Tosca. This picture represents the love and strength my parents have shown to me all my life. They have always been there for me through thick and thin and if there's anyone I can rely on for help, it's them.

I've been having some rough times lately and they've always been there for me no matter what. I can't thank them enough.

This is Tosca (early design). I've been thinking long and hard about a meerkat fursona after drawing them so much because of watching "Meerkat Manor" and, did you know, meerkats are my favourite animal? lol. I love the show so much that I've adopted the name 'Tosca' from one of my favourite characters in the program.

Shema is still my main fursona, though. She wont be going anywhere.

It's my neices 2nd birthday soon and I drew this for her. I'd like to print it off and get it framed so that she can have it in her new room.

By the way, this is a new character of mine. You may have noticed her in the class photo picture. I have decided to call her Haylee, after my neice.

2 Weeks of work!

Anyway, this is to be put on a leaving card for someone at my works. All chars are (C) to me, except Sno who is (C) to himself.

The laughing lioness was based on a picture drawn by MoonyMeya here: Scan13.jpg (though it wasn't copied - you can see clearly that hers is much better *g*). I hope you don't mind, MoonyMeya ^_^;

I am back from my holiday. I would like to announce that Sno and I are now engaged! Sno proposed to me on holiday and I am so very happy! ^_^

Here we are. I am recovering from the holiday *snore* and Sno is just looking cool. Hehe :) In reality Sno would be moaning at me for sleeping, lol xDD

Not sure if I like this or not =/

The other night I was feeling really low, and all of a sudden my cat gave me the biggest nuzzle and it cheered me up so much! I swear animals have a sixth sense :) *huggles her*. I wish I could have always appriciated her affection as much as I do now. I love my cat so much :) This picture represents that night.

My friend Mark came over to see me not long ago and we went for a walk in the rain because I love the rain so much :) I was feeling pretty down and he offered me a flower to cheer me up :) I said I'd draw something like this and since Racoon reminds me of Mark I thought I'd use this char ^_^

This is me, welcoming my new character to the pride. I adopted him from Thistle! (Thank you! :)

I changed his name from Lirna to Sinatra (I hope that's ok, Thistle?) because of his blue eyes :)

Sarafina: "We are like the stars. On our own we sparkle, but together we <i>shine</i>"

Simba wasn't the only one to get a 'lecture' about the stars that night :) Here Sarafina teaches Nala that lions are not loners and that they hunt well and are protected with the pride.

The idea is from a film called "Pride". If you've never seen it and you like TLK and lions I suggest you watch it! :D
