I was able to convince sweet Oscen to come draw with me, and while we couldn't get the Network in OC to work, we did find solace in Paintchat. And thus, I thought an old school collaboration was due.

I didn't put a lot of effort into my shading or lighting and obviously no background, but that's the beauty of sketcher-minimal effort is required. ;)

My half of a trade with DJHin13 of her very beautiful and charismatic fursona, Hinari. :)

I had a really fun time with this; I haven't done up-close-and-personal shots in a while. You can really see inside a character's soul in a vulnerable position such as this.

For you, Hinari. It was a pleasure, and I sincerely hope this puts a smile on your face. :)

I went into the TLKFAA sketcher tonight and met some really awesome people and artists. One of whom I did a collaboration with!-DJHin_13. (Go see her gallery, it's quite the looker.)
Scully is apparently quite infatuated with Hina as she slowly strolls towards her. ;) Cheers to sketcher collabs!

Scully for the first time in greyscale. :D

I drew the sketch for this a few weeks ago, but soon after that, I lost the drive to finish it. Since I've been on a kick as of late, I mustered the motivation to finish it. And I know it's a bit rough in places, but it isn't meant to look tidy. ;)

Done with mechanical pencil and sketchbook paper.

EDIT: Fixed lighting and added more extensive shading.

Remember this little bizarre beauty? Harlequin has always succeeded in posing an intimidating yet intriguing nature about her, one which I either jump on creating or am too afraid to try. :X

Here is Harlequin in her all her close-up glory. I haven't yet drawn a decent, completed digital image of her, and so I thought it was time I did so. Just a simple head-focus, so you can see past the colors and through the sweetheart within.

I love this character; I really should illustrate her more often. I'm also quite happy with how this came out. :) Cheers!

Loooooooong overdue commission for Arckra.
These two beauties are Arckra's two 'fursonas', if you will, enjoying a peaceful dusky sunset over the plains.

The dragon and the grey lioness really do make a great pair, and best friends at that too. ;)

I really enjoyed finally getting to color in the lineart that I've had on hand for almost a year. :dies: My apologies, Arckra, but I do really appreciate your patience, and I hope you enjoy. :)

The finished product of the lineart I submitted a while ago. I finally, after days of no rest and mid-terms, managed to find resolute hassle-free open space. I tried a few different things out in this piece as far as the coloring goes, but overall, I just missed being artistic. ;)

Viki, as she always has been, the object of my pure attraction, laying innocently enough on a log. Enjoy.

Yes, anything from 'aaaaah' to 'waaaaah' would have been satisfying for good ole Scully. I whipped this up in the TLKFAA sketcher and was going to make it into a beautimus finished colorful piece, but once I started slapping color on it, the worse it looked. So I came to the conclusion that it was just better left as lineart.

A page of sketchbook sketches of Laeurin that I've finished over the past few months. The bottom three sketches I started 3-4+ months ago, and the top four (including the eye detail close-up) I did last night and the night before. If you compare those groups, you can tell my style just keeps evolving. I wonder where it's going exactly? Who knows.

Happy (very belated) Halloween! I set my tablet pen upright for a few days and it was fine the next time I used it; it just took me a while to finish this because I was between making it look fantastically real and just a little bit real, which is ultimately what I decided to stick with. I also decided it looks a lot better in grayscale-I'm so tired of looking at this! But Scully shall surely scare you in her wicked witch hat-are you scared yet?
Done in sketcher and P.S. 6.0

BLAH! This is not finished due to technical difficulties. ::eyeroll:: I accidentally got my tablet pen wet while I was drawing this picture in sketcher this afternoon, and now it's heavily malfunctioning. The nib seems to be permanently pressed down so that it selects and keeps the "click" command down. So needless to say I can't draw decently like I'd like to until it either fixes itself or I get a replacement. But until then, Happy Halloween! This pic. will be replaced when it is done.

Commission requested by (my good friend) KoalaKitty23 from Deviantart of her beautiful ligress character Amali. :) I really enjoyed doing this, especially with playing on the odd angle, and Amali has such gorgeous eyes! My goodness! The linework was done in the AG sketcher, and the coloring was done in Photoshop 6.0.

Hibbary and I were in the TLKFAA sketcher the other day, and I was like "OMG Hibba, we have to draw Lo and Fer!" So we did! My character, who is Scully's sister, Laeurin, and Hibba's character, Fernum, have a little fling that's been going on for...years I think! I really like how this came out-Hibba drew her Fernum and I drew my Laeurin-we make such a great team. Hibba remarked on how different our styles are; I guess it really shows through in this collab. huh?

I went into sketcher this morning and saw that the great Timali was in there as well. So that reminded me to go oogle at her characters and draw one of them! I picked Nina, her cute little fennec fox character; she is so adorable! I've never drawn a fennec before, so please excuse any anatomical errors. XD I hope you like, Timali! Nina's gorgeous. :)

One of my original characters, Jezebelle O'Hara! By her lonesome self no doubt, in the days before she met Boas, that little mouse that would soon change her life. I finally got around to doing a decent body picture of her, so you can see her markings and how much she's modeled after my Jeep. :D

Nightshade made me a character a while ago from her Palomino lion species, and I just got around to drawing him. His name is Kajika, and he's HAWT. I had a great time drawing him in sketcher though; I love his design. Original character sheet here in Nightshade's gallery: Kajika.jpg. Yay!

I don't know if I'll get more praise or controversy for this piece. XD But I think any love is beautiful when it comes right down to it. Soul to soul, love exists in an embodied form of two physicals searching for truths. That someone that makes you feel complete, and when they go away, you feel like you're missing a part of you.

I think Viki and Scully demonstrate this love the best. They don't let anything cloud the true meaning of love.

I realized today when I was going back over old pictures, that I have never drawn a straight-up picture of Boas by himself. So I went into sketcher and doodled this up real quick, or as quick as I could without being kicked out a million times. XD ::hits sketcher:: Ah well. I really like how this turned out. I've been wanting to make a lioness character out of my cat for a while, but I never really got right down to it. She was pretty easy to transform since she doesn't have any difficult markings though. She is solid grey with white paws and chest, and she does actually have that grey stripe in the middle of her chest as well. It's so cute! So this is my cat as a lioness, and her name is Kiki. Thar, it be done!
