70 HYENAS AND COUNTING!
A massive hyena poster featuring most the hyenas on TLKFAA. I announced this project back in May 2006 to Lilymud and also stuck in a few non-Lilymud 'yenas in there. This took soooo long, but it was a satisfying project and got people excited about their hyena characters. Overall, successful piece!

Same image as in Oscar's character sheet, but with a background. I originally considered putting this as a small image in his sheet, but I disliked the thought of shrinking such a detailed picture.

Oscar is a silver sable ferret, but for TLKFAA he's been transformed into the notorious honey badger. Like the badger, he has a terrible sweet tooth and is totally fearless. However, he's more likely to kiss you than bite you.

When TLKFAA went down temporarily, Lilymud went into a frenzy guessing the cause of downtime (before we learned about the server's changes). This was one of the guesses and I just had to illustrate it!
Someone suggested this should be the new "Shouldn't let Ed do the programming" picture. I'm honored someone would consider it that good.

Join the HLFM and post your hyena art today! For all those wanting to spread the word, make a bulletin with same/similar message with your hyena character holding its sign.
ADDED: "Pooch-power" was derived from a simple misunderstanding. Zazu says "you can chase those slobbering mangy stupid poachers" sounded like "stupid pooches" to me. Darn accents.
I'll change it lest I be seen as mistaking hyenas for canines. They are not *blushes*

Shenzi comes back to her pack after her encounter with Mufasa. A stunned Salama asks what happened.
(admittedly Sal would be a cub at this point, but I got lazy and just did her up as an adult)
EDIT#2: Alright, so I've pinned down her birth date and Sal was probably not even conceived at this point *shifty look*. So pretend this is...not after the Mufasa attack but like years ahead. Maybe she got swiped by Simba.
