The Mourning Queen
Sarabi, mourning over Mufasa her first night after his death. Mufasa is there to comfort her. Sarabi can sence his presence and the wind caressing her skin, but she can't see him..

I liked this idea so i just had to draw it!
I might re-do it later couse there are some major bloopers, and i only spent two hours on it..
And i couldn't figure out how to make Mufasa cloud-like :p
but other than that, i like it!

i was going to enter a contest on DA with this one, but i mised the deadline! x) i'm so oblivious! *laughs*

it's Simba as a warthog. the contest was to draw a tlk character as another animal..
i think the text is readable?
if not it's just nala naging and saying "oh what will your mother think" unaware that these were the exact same words scar said to simba after mufasa's death. and kiara screaming "you will never be mufasa" while she is running away, crying..
hehe >:D
hope it's not too wonky

btw if i am to ask Brian if he can give me auto-approval. where do i send it and how do i ask? :p i'm so bad in english, i can't find how to do it.. x)

i got tired of this pic so i just finished it quickly...
it's mufasa and a wierd looking Taka, sitting on a rock, discussing something. maybe thei're talking gossip or discussing the female cubs or something :p

started on new..
This is a WIP. i just got tired of the characters and started to sketch the bg. i might not redo the whole rock thingy tho.. i like it ^^
Sorry this pic looks sooo crappy cause i had to crop it and resize it and so on. i've seen some pics here that were bigger than 500K.. how do i do that?

This is my first attempt with the "pen tool" i just figured out how to use it :p This is a coloured version of my sketch. I'm not finished yet, but i want it to look Disney-ish.. and Mufasa's colours are done by memory.. Do anyone know of a good colouring tutorial? i suck at colouring, my sketches always look better.. X|
So please help me by commenting or show me a tutorial! i desperatly need help.. i'm stuck!! *being all whiny*

My first upload in areeeally long time! been doing a lot of tlk sketches for improvement and found out that i love to draw the tlk characters as cubs/youngsters specially Mufasa and Taka. I used refrence for mufasas pose. and i f**ked up scars face so i'll fix that before i might colour it.. crits are most welcome!

it's supposed to be Simba i guess.. a bit FAT tho ^^ and the mouth area is CRAPPY!! peace out x)

Cub Mufasa.. i've seen a lot of mufasa cub versions who in my opinion looks too similar too Simba.. so i decided to try to draw mufasa how i thought he'd look like.. didn't turn out how i wanted it to but i thought i'd show you anyway ;D
