For SkySoldja's contest. It is Scar (Storm).
"Since passing on to the Sky Lands, Scar has found a way to derive power from the doubts and
fears of those left on the lowlands. He channels this power through Legion, and eventually can
assume physical form himself, as a giant storm of wind, fire and lightning."
