Hello fans & gallery viewers,

I'm going to be gone for the summer traveling across the USA with a drama group putting on plays, building sets, costuming, etc. I leave this Saturday (6/1/08) for 9 weeks. During these 9 weeks I will not have access to a computer, except occasionally to email, and that would be keeping in touch with my family.

I will bring along my sketchpad and my pencils and pastels, so I'll still be drawing (most likely stuff for the plays, but some TLK too if I can sneak it in :D ). I'll be thinking of you all throughout the summer, and I'll be back as soon as I can!

I promise I'll be back in August (8/12). :D

"Behind every great leader is an even greater legacy, and those dear friends who will remember it forever."

Zazu awakens from his unconsciousness and finds Mufasa dead.

I know there are a lot of Zazu pictures for this contest, but who better to draw Zazu than the majordomo himself? I felt obligated. :)

As always, critique is welcomed, encouraged, and appreciated.

WIP Shadowland Storyboard (v. 0.01a)

I've been working on a storyboard for this song from The Lion King on Broadway for a while, and I have the first minute or so sketched. More is on the way.

I may enter it in this month's contest, seeing as Nala is a minor character and this storyboard develops her character a lot, but I haven't decided yet.
