Raka's voice was terrible of sweetness and coolness. Shenzi had to collect all her courage to articulate :
-He... He was a lonely cub. I tought that...
But Raka didn't heard her daughter anymore. She has noticed Taka's royal lean features. No doubt that he was nobody else than Ahadi's cub. Then she noticed the purulent scar which crossed out his left eye.
-What is your name, lion cub ? she asked.
There was a long silence then the cub's voice rose :
-Scar. My name is Scar.

Uru : Taka, what means theses open claws ? Draw in its immediatly.

Scar : I can't.

- Because when father hit me, my claws came out and its are blocked. I can't draw its in.

- Stop talking nonsense. I'm tired of all that, Taka.

I don't think Uru was such a comprehensive mother that the most people think...
And I didn't forgotten her ear spots, it's only that she only have them on the left ear ;)

A scene from my fanfic during when Taka is cornered by hyenas and manage to make fun of them singing the musical version of "I Just Can't wait To Be King" (in the french musical, lyrics are not the same than in the movie)
The hyena on the right corner is Jonas, Banzai's uncle. It's him who sing Zazu's part ^^

And it's the first time I manage to draw hyenas ! 8D Even if it looks a little bit messy, I'm proud of it =)

I put this for the contest because it has been very hard to make a correct group shot... and I'm not yet satisfied ( it seems that Taka's back legs are rested on the hyena's head XP)

PS: Sorry for the small pic but the original was AGAIN too big =(

Shenzi : Come one, Scar ! Do you really think that ?

Scar : Errrrr... no.

*silence*

Shenzi (crying) : I will neither be good enough for her...

Scar : You know, it's the same with my father... But come on ! You are not alone, you have Banzaï, you have Ed, you have... me.

This is so sad when we know the ending (Shenzi who kill Scar). But I love the parallel between these two. And sorry for the too little pic (I gonna kill my scanner x_x)
