Scar and Shiiru were eating an antilope they just hunted down. But Shiiru noticed that her mate was looking strangely to the dead antilope.
-Are you ok ? she asked. You look weird.
-Well, I was just thinking... This animal had maybe a mate, or parents, or cubs, waiting for him...
She glanced at him with wonder.
-What are you talking about ?
-We are nothing more than murderers. We would punish the one who'd dare to kill a member of his family, but nobody worries about our daily crimes.
-But we need this food to survive. That's the circle of life.
-Yeah... But no wonder than everyone would rather choose to be a lion than an antilope.

Little lionized Hades, describing to Scar the Underworld in a, well, rather sinister atmosphere.
Yes, Hades is becoming one of my favorite Disney char 8D (after Scar of course).
Wonder why Hades' front paws don't touch the ground ? Because he's levitating, remember ? ;D

Yodu had let the cub live, tought he knew he was not his. He even adopted him and raise him as his own son. But the more Taka was growing, the more Yodu reconized on him the face of his defunt hated rival.
He decided to wait until Safra gave birth to her other cub, his cub, and then he could destroy this reflection of the ghost who haunted his nights.

PS : The cub his Mohatu. His first name, Taka, has been given by Yodu.

I also like a lot Ahadi and Uru's pose (more animal loving pose than anthropo)

Why was she still alive ?
Safra had lost everything. Her beloved mate Komvo had been killed by her own family, and now she was forced to marry the murderer, her adoptive brother Yodu. She had no more reason to live.
Exepted this little life who was growing inside of her. He was Komvo's cub, she knew it. He was the only reason that prevented her for killing herself. Yodu named it Taka, but she knew the real name of her cub was Mohatu.
Mohatu. The only light in this dark, hopeless night.

- And there was plenty, plenty of hyenas everywhere ! But I didn't feared, and neither did Simba. And there was also this beautiful, beautiful girl named Nala, and...

Malka returning in his pride after "Simba's New Brother", describing her little sister Macheo his adventures, while Malka's mother, Maji, tells her mate Kimoni that their son was anywhere else than in Sarabi's pride (Kimoni's sister) and that the Simba Malka keeps talking about is his own cousin.

Just ignore the lionnesses in the BG.
I also changed Kimoni's nose, now he looks more like Mufasa.
And BTW, that's my first Malka =D

This only sentence refering to Ahadi made me think that Mufasa had also a Great King Of The Past scene.

Tama's family =)
Do you reconize them ? Aiko, the mother, is from my invention, but the father, named Asali (means "honey"), is one of the 3 unknown lions seen in the comic "Simba wants to play".
And Tama's little sister is Digger ! (I named her Bora, which means "excellent").
Yeah, I'm stupid, I always tought Digger had a little hair tuff like Vitani. I noticed my mistake only yesterday >.<

Chapter 4 : Kovu

Chumvi : "Allright, allright, I'm leaving again ! Anyway, who would like to stay here of his own free will?"

Chumvi had already been exiled away from Priderock at his teenage, but he kept coming back, annoying a lot Scar.
That's how I see adult Chumvi : being bad influenced by Scar's exemple, and angry of not being loved by Nala.

Woaw, guys, it's not only my first Chumvi but also my first serious BG totally done by myself ! The ground, the rock, the sky, everything ! =D

But Raka didn't heard her daughter anymore. She has noticed Taka's royal lean features. No doubt that he was nobody else than Ahadi's cub. Then she noticed the purulent scar which crossed out his left eye.
-What is your name, lion cub ? she asked.
There was a long silence then the cub's voice rose :
