It's high time I showed some appreciation for my younger sister, the sweetest, nicest, loving-est little sis I could ever hope to have. I love you, Uki!

I'm sending this to a local store that will make it into a jigsaw puzzle, and that will be her Christmas present! Cool, huh?

P.S. Those lyrics are from the Candy Dulfer song, "Girls Should Stick Together."

*AUGUST 20*

I've finally reached my nth birthday, where n is a prime number equal to 2 ln e + 2(10) - 25^.5!

This took about an hour and a half to throw together in the middle of the night before my birthday. My parents would kill me if they knew I was awake right now. But I just HAD to make some special art for the special day! :)

I know what you're thinking: "Didn't she already upload a Valentine's Day picture?"

Well, that one was for my mate. This picture is from a card I made for a Secret-Santa-like valentine exchange in my Spanish class. On the card I wrote: "Que tengas un feliz Dia de San Valentin!" For you people who don't speak Spanish, that's "Have a happy Valentine's Day!" I was quite proud of the artwork I did for the card, so I'm uploading it separately.

Hamu, done in Sketcher. Yay, another roaring picture. That funny white spot on the bottom where his mane should be is because Spazzeh was drawing over there while I was starting. I'm quite proud of the shading, personally. :D

Azima, done in Sketcher. She's mad at something, which I think was a zebracorn of BlueJay's which said "Hey, ladies..." which irritated her I guess.
Stupid shadow, I know...I was wondering how the "pencil" would look blown up and fuzzed... (I added the pale blue in the back later in Photoshop)

EDIT: Oops, so *that's* why her paws looked funny...the tips of her toes are supposed to be dark! I'll try to remember that next time I draw her...heh heh...

I love this picture! I actually used a ref of a real lioness for the pose, and I figured out how to make a rain brush in Photoshop! ^^

I finally drew adult Utashi!! She's a leopard and Araura's twin sister. (Note that her fur has not been dyed. XD)

Most of the pic done in Sketcher. The green background and her name were added in Photoshop. Don't know what I was thinking...it looks icky...

My twin leopard characters, Araura and Utashi, playing as cubs. This was before Araura turned blue, of course. (She's the one on top with the darker eyes.) I still don't have a picture of adult Utashi yet...but it's coming!

I'm in Ravenclaw! Yay ^^

It's crazy! I get a huge scholarship for a really small private college-prep high school, I don't study half as much as my classmates, yet I still seem to get A's all the time. And I'm only a junior but I'm in AP Calculus AB. I'm not trying to brag, it's just...weird.

Happy (Late) Father's Day!

This was the card that I made for my dad. Yes, I did use a ref for the pose and shading (Simba roaring at the end of SP) but I changed the mane to match my father's hair. And thanks to N'Kira for her lovely tutorial! ^^
