Hello, everybody! (Oh gosh, that sounded so cheesy.)

I'm Mahewa, Mah for short. Your resident math-whiz multilingual saxophone-playing lioness. I am an absolute Lion King fanatic: I used to draw everything from dragons and unicorns to kitties and wolves, but no matter how hard I try nowadays I can only draw lions. Oh, dear. For Gentle_Heart over on The Lion King Source/Balto Source. I got to turn her canine fursona Kay into a lioness. :D

Celebrating one year at TLKFAA, with one hundred pictures!

A frame-by-frame animation done with Windows Movie Maker. I had a bajillion Photoshop layers going and had to re-save every time I drew one. And WMM refused to do a true frame-by-frame, so it's really jerky. Ugh. The movie shows my reaction to all this.

I was hoping to adopt this girl, Nehaha, from Poonie. She'd have made a great addition to the story that I'm planning as Azima's older sister. BUT seeing as Azima now has a brother Ishara, I withdrew my request for Nehaha. Hopefully someone else will offer her a good home! ^^
