It was evening and the sun slowly disappeared behind the great colourful clouds. Mufasa and Simba went to the edge of the Pride Rock and they looked over the Savannah.
Mufasa: "Look Simba."
Simba looked down at the savannah. He felt something sadly.
Mufasa: "Everything the light touches is our kingdom... A king's time as ruler rises and falls like the sun. One day Simba, the sun will set on my time here, and will rise with you as the new king..."
Simba: "Everything the light touched..."

Sad story.. I wondered how a scene would look like if Mufasa was alive and ruled the kingdom until the sun would set on his time there.

I also tried to draw the BG in another and new way by painting it with a 'drippy watercolour' brush in PS.

"Fatherhood"
Kiara and her father ^^ Kiara is having fun while Simba is watching her :) I don't think Simba was only an over-protective father as shown in TLK SP but most of all a relaxed father like Mufasa was and funny as shown in TLK 1 when he was cub and when he lived in the jungle with Timon and Pumbaa.

(I'm trying different styles to see what I like most :D I used the Pen Tool to draw the lineart. It's so easy.

Kopa, Kiara and Simba in the same picture! A portrait of the family. TLK 2 would be so cool if Kopa also was a part of it. But yeah.. We know why Disney didn't.. I think the bg is so beautiful! ^^ *still staring at it* xD

"Nuka is the first born and Zira took care of him with love but as the time went and Zira became a supporter of Scar and she got Kovu which looked like Scar, then she forgot Nuka and his inner strength.
His eyes were red, exactly like the eye colour of Zira's. Red like hatred. Jealousy. He is forgotten as a member of his family... and Scar has forgotten that he is the choosen one."

Finally it's done and Nuka has the expression I was looking for after colouring! ^^

Well. The sketch was really cool, but then I added a background I find this more uninteresting like the BG failed and the picture need something exciting or mystery.. Any suggestions for another BG are welcome! plz help :)

This was a part of a collab but I had to go suddenly :-( So Simba was just drawn and inked.
It should have been a collab where Simba and Nala looked at each other.

Work in progress.
Just a idea..
"Nuka is the first born and Zira took care of him with love but as the time went and Zira became a supporter of Scar and she got Kovu which looked like Scar, then she forgot Nuka and his inner strength.

Rafiki knew that Scar wasn't the rightful king but Simba and then Rafiki missed Mufasa. He wished Mufasa was alive. Suddenly, the tree and the leaves glowed and the clouds shined in different colours.. A shape of Mufasa appeared in the sky!
