This is the year I started RPing on MUCKs. In this folder are early drawings of Ewali and Tarlia, among others.

Was drawing more humans and other things during this time, so not too much TLK inspired art. Personally I think it's at this point my art became worth looking at. Changed my lion style quite a bit in 2003.

Got back into drawing TLK stuff at the end of the year. Some RP art, but mostly canon stuff here. Also started playing around with MSP.

I should stop it with these, really. But I'm gonna need a new avatar for the 'mud soon, 'cause... Winter Pixel Nala doesn't really fit in with 30 degrees celcius (and it feels like it's 40 in this room).

So... Pixel Shade (Ewali). Had a hard time making the scars visible on his leg.

I has baby Vitani with ladybug. On plain white background.

Drawn and inked by hand, scanned, and coloured in Microsoft Paint. As usual. Looks like I haven't forgotten how to.

A sketch of Scar, looks like he got the mouse this time. Badish anatomy. Both this and Simba sketch were unreferenced. Look, I remembered the scar for once.

Well, hi.

Just a couple of sketches from me. I'm obviously out of practice. Simba's face is kind of off. Don't know why he's so worried. The paws in the background were added as an afterthought, they're kind of off, too.

Work and life is keeping me busy and I really haven't drawn in months.
