A cute adoptable that I would love to have as a character in my upcoming comic project. His name would be Luja, and he would be the son of the leader of a wandering pride. I included a teenaged headshot as that would be his initial age in the comic. Hope I get him!

A zorse is a zorse, of course, of course. ^^

Character inspired by this guy: 4p8v6u
A zorse is the offspring of a zebra father and a horse mother. They can be very pretty, although they can't reproduce (like mules). There's a famous hebra (horse father, zebra mother) named Eclyse in Germany that is a real stunner. Zebra/horse hybrids are used in parts of Africa as pack animals. Zorses and hebras are sometimes called zebroids, the common name for any equine with zebra ancestry.

I had so much fun creating this character...I was originally planning to put him up for adoption but now I think I'm going to keep him for a while; I love him too much! <3 Now I have to think of a good name...

It's Kata!

I originally designed him in Sketcher a looong time ago; he was one of my first adoptables. TabbyKatt adopted him and made some fantastic design alterations and turned him pretty darn cool. So of course I wanted him back when she put him back up!

I don't know how long I'm going to be keeping him, but I'm having fun drawing his new design right now. ^^

I've wanted a Tigan character for a while now, in particular one designed by TUS. So when I saw this guy on the TT, I applied and Shruikin gave him to me. He's a Sun Tigan, and I don't have a name for him yet. But I love his design, and I now really like drawing Tigan hands. :) Thanks Shru!

Okay, so I absolutely loved the flamingion that I designed for the collab with Fwatair. And I went on Sketcher and...this happened.

I don't know if I'll ever draw him again, so he's not going in my characters. But his name is Heradi, and I think he's awesome. ^^

(And I finally used the smudge tool properly for the first time in my life! Yay!)

New character! His name is Breeze, and he's basically blind; all he can distinguish are variations in light.

Part of a new pride I'm developing that I'm going to call my Katanga lion pride, found in Zaire. I'm basing all of their markings off of coat patterns commonly found in horses. Breeze is not the leader of the pride but rather one of a group of subordinate males. It's an unusual system that survives in this pride only because the dominant male (as yet undesigned) is unable to sire cubs.

Cal is the boldest of the tiger triplets. Very good at making and keeping friends, already showing many leadership qualities. Cal has yellow-green eyes with forest green irises and a mahogany-colored nose with a dark bridge. His forehead stripe pattern is symmetrical, starting with a series of angled stripes. Has a scruff of cream fur around his cheeks, like a lynx.

It's the girl of the tiger cubbies- Ally! Very sporty, loves swimming, tag, and inventing new games to play. Enjoys tagging along with her brothers. She has cream eyes, purple irises, and a rose-colored nose. The bridge of her nose is lighter and her ears are cream-colored. Has three U-shaped stripes between her eyes, two opening up and one opening down.

So here's the first of my three new tiger cubs, Trigo. He's really the quiet one, sort of the protector-type. Has yellow eyes, blue irises, and a pale brown nose. Forehead stripes are short and scattered, like leopard spots.

Real Media... *gasp!* Pastels, but only had 1/3 box left (with colors I never use). Meaning: 1. Very vivid drawing (it doesn't look so bright in real life) and 2. The basic colors for tigers are out. But I think I came pretty close.

So I finally have tiger characters! Yay! They're triplets (boy, boy, girl). Starting at the left: Trigo, Cal, and Ally. Why those names? Well, I sketched 'em in math class! Their full names are Trigonometry, Calculus, and Algebra! :-)

She's a hyena pup character because I've been wanting to make one for a while now. But I have no idea what to call her! Any suggestions? (Reference from a picture book used.)

Update: Thanks to Nala15 for the suggestion "Alishtua", Swahili for startled/ surprised. I think I'm going to call her Tua. :)

I'm separating the new characters FOBFan13 gave me so I can have sheets for them (too tired with jetlag to draw them at the moment). So here's Nyala.

Blue-gray and cream lioness, mate to Madrigal and mother to Mykal. Tolerates the horseplay of the rest of her little family without too much complaint. Tries to present the image of a calm, collected mother but can actually be found romping around with Madrigal and Mykal on occasion.

Finally got around to coloring the new characters that FallOutBoyFan13 made for me after I won the contest! I decided to make the red one a male named Madrigal, the cream one a female named Nyala, and the cub a male named Mykal. Aren't they cool?
