The lioness collapsed onto the ground, her chest heaving with the effort. She'd been walking for days with no food or water, and her scraggly fur was now becoming matted. As the lightning crashed across the sky, she noticed a sillouette moving towards her. She couldn't retreat; she'd lost the use of her back legs from tiredness, so could only watch as the strange lion stepped towards her. She snarled up at him as he stopped and looked down at her. "Are you ok?" he asked concernedly.
"Come here to gawp at an ill Time Lady have you? Well let me tell you now, I am just fine. Leave me alone, stranger." she hissed.
"I can't leave you in this state."
"It's easy. Turn around and start walking." Kashira said crudely.

This is Kashira, Ceppa's only daughter.
She didn't know much of her father...mostly because her mum probably killed him after getting her pregnant xD She has her mother's evil streak, but is mostly just misunderstood. She's proud to be a timelord, and wears the crest of her house proudly for all to see. Needless to say, this does get her into more trouble than if he didn't show it, but she refuses to hide away her heritage.
She needs someone to cool her down and tell her when to stop... <3
Entering her in Hist's contest for a companion for Comet ;) I think they'd make a good couple ^^ If she don't win, I still have another male lined up for her... xD

This is Ceppa, and I adopted her from F.oxfang ^^ I added in a few stoofs F.oxfang, hope you don't mind ;) she looked too bald without any hair xD
Ceppa is an associate of the Master, and was changed into a 'human' and put in suspended animation by him before the last Time War. When he finally frees her, she opens her fog watch and turns back into her time lady self.
She's sly and has virtually no good in her; she only feels sympathy for the Master, who she dotes upon. She's sent as an assasin to do his dirty work but she is so foolishly loyal to him she doesn't understand that he doesn't care for her the way she does for him </3

Jet has an unfriendly encounter with an alien named Bulldozer 8D
'The stallion reared up angrily, his ears flat against his head. "Who are you?"
"Jet, Time Lady. And you?" Jet snarled.
"Bulldozer." He snorted. "You're not wanted here. Leave these lands."
"Hmm, let me think. Thought about it, no." Jet taunted.'
They end up good friends XD lol

The trio in human form ^^ Sorry for the off-topic, but I'm so proud of this I couldn't help putting it up here :D
Note: Dixie's wierd coloured trousers and virtually white boots were actually neon green and yellow, my scanner just didn't show it up *kicks it* and also, she has a lion's tail cus she transformed once then the tail part sorta stuck in her human form too XD

This is Jet's sister, who is nameless atm
This girl completely smashes the 'gothic' stereotype. She's never gloomy, full of fun and loves to get herself and Jet into trouble. She's now owned by Kichai, as she desperately wants a Time lord/lady/lion/lioness and was gonna steal Jet off me, so her sister will have to suffice her lawl ;D

My new Time Lady (or is it Time Lioness?) char called Jet ^^
Her story is that she was a cub when the Time War happened; she wanted to fight, but was shepherded away with the other young cubs/teens as an attempt to preserve the race. She ran away and got bundled into an escape pod along with 2 other cubs and crash landing on Gallifrey's sister planet...
Jet is reckless and full of fun; she keeps everyone she meets on their toes as her kindly nature is quickly changed to a monstrous one...

I felt like I hadn't drawn Dixie for ages, soi decided to give her a bit of a twist...
She makes green fire ^^ yup, she looked into the heart of a green dwarf star, and instead of going mad, got given the gift of producing green fire. This fire is impossible to put out, but will not burn living flesh.

Dixie and her wierd little friends XD
The male is called Darren and is Dixie's 'hyper drug'. He sorta encourages her to do all the wierd and random stuff she does, and naturally always goes along with it, with severe trouble happening afterwards.
The other is Indigo, who is slightly more sane than the other two. Well, she's cleverer at any rate, they always copied her work in the Academy. XD

This is Dixie, a newly designed Time Lady ^-^ Isn't she great?
She was a teenager during the Time War, but didn't actually fight. She was on the opposite side of the galaxy, completely unknowing. She's a bit of a ditz, and gets this wrong an awful lot. But she's very generous and loyal to her friends =3

Celestia as a cub ^^ I couldn't think of a first reg. design, so I kept her as she was ;) Her mother has just left her in the pod to go back to the fighting. Celestia cries out, before keeping quiet as her planet fights.

This is the true Roxy: Celestia, a beautiful but nervous Time lioness. Celestia is the same age as Rains' Vortex, Nova and Riley (hope you don't mind Rain) and survived the war literally by accident. Her mother bundled her into an escape pod but failed to set it off. The terrified Celestia hid while her home planet raged around her. She accidently hit the launch button, and the pod soared into open space, landing a few years later on 21st century Earth. She's terrified of loud bangs or screams, as they remind her of the War, and needs a lot of persuading to do anything that involves it.
