Merry Christmas everyone! Don't forget The Christ in Christsmas!

I'm adoring the Baby Jesus, lionized in this piece... Hehe... I did myself as my Mule Deer fursona, which I sometimes use on DA... The characters were done on Sketcher, the background on Photoshop Elements 2.0 and some character touch-ups were done there too... Hope you enjoy. :)

Commission for someone on DeviantArt... (I'm Frodo-Lion over there by the way) He got me a three month sub, and I did this picture of Simba for him... Lots of new things tried, Ahadi is barely visable in the sunset... And lots of work once again with transparency. I did make one version have a transparent "darkness" over the whole piece to make it more accurate, but both my parents and the commissioner preferred this one... I hope my backgrounds and overall art are improving! SDG

Yeah yeah... I know I've not been uploading. But I'm not dead. This is a commission of ClearGreenWater's hyenea character, Mtawa. He was my first on-line commission and very fun to draw! The grass was all hand-drawn and not "cheat tools" were used on the grass. Tried my new shading style on this one too. Malka, Tojo, and some of his birds wish Simba a happy birthday!

Did this for my brother's birthday--except it said his name instead of "Simba". He was really excited when he recieved it today--even though it's very late... Tried a lot of new things here--opacity background and different shading. Simba's kinda bothers's me, but my sister said it was great--and showed more enthusiasm than usual, so I guess I'm happy! lol.. It was fun trying something new.

Some explanations to the picture:
First two frames has some quotes from LOTR..
Third frame pictures Dorothy, the lioness I learned how to create from the most creative character tutorial. Next- Joeseph's driving the lawnmower--(I guess he got me off it!)
Oh, and the last frame has Reepicheep the valiant mouse and Vekke (Eva)'s Elphaba lioness who she created before the knowledge of Malka.. Enjoy the humor but don't take it too seriously!

I got this idea because I know some people are going through this now--I shall entitle this "Job Hunter". The rabbit is the job... lol... Varying on how you feel for "Job" will make you either want the lion to get the job or not... I think the lion might eat it.

He is Risen! Alleluia! I'm afraid this is several days late, but I spent a lot of time on this and love it! It's Jesus as a lion again, with His glorious wounds glowing. It's the "Kiara look-alike" I wanted to adopt from Katie Russel for so long. She's holding a rabbit, because apart from Valentine's day being in February, February is also "Adopt a rescued rabbit month". Consider saving a life by adopting a rescued rabbit from your local animal shelter if you have the time, love, and some money to spend on a new friend. They make excellent and interesting house pets! (And can be litterbox trained) No, I've never owned a rabbit, but I've read much about them!

This is a scene from Bambi II. Ronno (Scar) Says he's seen Man in the Meadow using their sticks to call deer to them. "Come here, come here!" *shudders* Creepy. Anywho, Faline and Bambi, Thumper (the gopher) and Banga (Flower) are horrified. Ronno's such a show-off..

Hopefully there shall be more of this stuff to come!

------Banga is a zorille who is going to be Flower. He's the first zorille here, as far as I can see, and his name means "sword".

Narnia!!!

More of my pumpkin done this year. Twas the Narnia theme. See the movie December 9! Aslan is in the middle, and though it's harder to see, on the left there is Mr. Beaver and what is supposed to be a unicorn, though it looks like a donkey. On the right there was a howling wolf and a minotaur, though they're really hard to see. Enjoy!

Black and white pics

I'm sorry that I had to put a watermark on this picture--it's just that a lot of effort went into this one--though I've never been ripped off before. It's pretty slight though. This is a puma, and though it's one of the rarer off-topic pictures, it was one that took quite a bit of effort. Hidden within the puma, and a bit in the background are many of the animals that you can find in North America! See if you can spot several wolves, bears, a moose, goose, eagle, fox, and a raven! :D
