Those spots took all day to get decent-looking.
The tree branch he's laying on is a mix of airbrushing and the stamp tool-- I thought if I had the texture of a real tree underneeth, it'd look better.. I'm not convinced that it worked.
So, a random leopard. n.n

The eyes are just about spot-on.. he's always been meant to appear a little feminine.
Head's too small really, but the picture's got an overall.. flow.. that I like. :>

There's a lot more to this picture than what I ended up with here.. Trying to be artistic rather than showing the whole, long-winded picture. n.n;
By the way; if you ever want a good, simple, bat sillouette reference, read a Batman comic. o.o

Me, myself, and I, anthro-ized. ..My hair's not really that wonderful anymore (I cut about 20 inches off last year).. but a girl can dream, right? x.X; Sorta reminds me of a Gumibear and not a lion, though, with all that pudge.. gah. X.x

I actually don't like using gradients for backgrounds--makes me feel cheap.

Leaving it white, however, felt wrong also, and the colours here sorta made it scream 'happy!' so I did the cheap fix. ;.;
The stretchlay pose is all my kitty, Res' invention.

Comparison of what I start out with and what I end up putting up. In between the two is at least five hours (though where that time goes, I've no idea. ;>). Left side is obviously the sketch before I even inked it, and the right side is the picture inked, cleaned up, coloured, and shaded.
