Guys...I am /so/ sorry I haven't uploaded anything recently. It's just I'm always so busy, I have no tablet or scanner, and frankly, I've found different subjects have become easier to draw for me since I came here. There are a lot of things I still need to do here, and I swear that I won't forget about this website and everyone I've met here because...it's because of these people and their wonderful art that I've learned to approach new goals and reach new heights with my art. And I could never abandon all that. So, once again, I'm sorry for having been gone for so long, and I just want everyone here to know that I haven't forgotten about them and I never will. <3

WHO'S THE KING NOW!?
A collab with Rogue a long time ago.
Here's why:
A second finding of Spinosaurus (being the first one was destroyed in WWII)was made somewhere around Egypt. This finding was a larger specimen than the last. Much larger. Larger than even Tyrannosaurus and Giganotosaurus. Spinosaurus now holds the record for the largest carnivorous dino known to man.
Just thought you should know. :)
PS. Spinosaurus is an African Dinosaur.

I drew these two guys in sketcher. They will be up on the Trading Tree very soon. The rhino is a black rhino named Ulric, and the Oxpecker is named Leabua, because of his big mouth. They must be adopted together.

Colors based on time of day 3: night
Come dusk, chars' colors are darkish bluish. This is a perfect example here.^^ In pitch blackness, most of the character is unseen, except the eyes, which stay bright at an angle towards the moon. Nighttime chars' irises and pupils are usually an iridescent bluegreen color because of the reflection. That is, if they are able to see in the dark.

Colors based on time of day 2: twilight
During twilight, or sunset, colors of a char will be reddish. Please excuse the bad example...but lighting in a sunset char is usually the reddist it can get.

Colors based on time of day:
During the morning or daytime, characters have their normal colors. Sometimes, sunny daylight can be a little yellowish, though. And remember the lightbulb rule when shading! ^^

Shading a dark character:
When lighting a dark charrie, you should, in contrast, never go to white. This gives the char a slimey or glossy appearance. Instead, use greys, or a slightly lighter color if it's not black. And remember where your light is coming from. If you pretend there is a lightbulb near your character, shading is much easier. Then, you can draw shadows behind the part of the character that's blocking the light.

Shading a light character:
When you're adding shading to a white character, never give it grey or black shadows. This is, by far, unnatural-looking. So try to find a color that's close to white, say, peach for example.

During sketcher one day, me'n DooWaDitty were fighting over the bottom right corner (After I called it!) and I won. ._. And I regretted it. XD
