Same picture, but with Scar's shadow rather then Scar himself, it was suggested by swift_paws on sketcher. I actually like it, thought it would look weird but i like it :)

Merry -doom was talking about Evanescene songs, bring me to life being one of them and i thought it suited this picture so there ya go...

p.s it looks strange because i was doing a night scene and i realized only after i finished colouring Saffy and Nala that i had used their day colours...my bad -_-"

Finished version, as you can see i completely redid it used photoshop.

As soon as Taka felt his brothers claw touch his eye he knew he had been marked, as the blood dripped down his face Mufasa sucked in his breath. Taka looked at him in shock.
Mufasa: Taka I
Taka couldnt hear his words, he turned and fled into the night, leaping down the steps of pride rock to the ground. As he ran the blood slid down his face, he served as a tree loomed in the dark, his injured eye was useless, he couldn't see through the red. Finally Taka stopped running and came to rest outside the borders of the pride lands, he retreated into a cave and sat in the dark, afraid that the light would bring more pain

As always it looked better in my head -.-

For a week after Taka was given his scar he stayed in the dark, fearing that the mark was one that cursed him , saw all the evil he had done and was punishing him for it. Then he remember something his mother once told him after he had had a fight with the other cubs...
"Lions are not evil because of how they look, no marking or scar can make them so, it is what is inside you that makes you evil. Taka, our dark pelt may make us seem bad to others but it is who we are, in your heart you are a good soul"
Taka closed his eyes and stretched out him leg into the sun, the light flooded his dark and warmed his face.
Taka smiled, "I'm coming home Mum"

Young Taka, there was a reason i drew him crying but i cant remember xD
I actually like this, especially the tears.
Was drawn by hand on paper then i took a photo and put it on my computer (i don't have a scanner) then i used open canvas to colour it

If you cant read the bubbles the first one says "Simba why did scar lock us in this crate?" (Nala)
Second bubble
"He said there was a surprise in here for us" (Simba)
It has a bubble around us because its ment to be scar dreaming of them in a box but i was too lazy to draw scar xD
