My entry for the contest.
It is page 4 of a story of 5 that I invented to find a place for Mheetu (but it's the only finished page I have right now!).
In my version, he was born during Scar's reign and a lioness, Tamu, escaped with him to save his life. He's hidden in a zebra skull so hyenas couldn't see him.

EDIT: I'm entering this in the contest "Kiara,oh Kiara". I changed the exposition and I made colors hotter.

Kovu is so hot! XD
it was the first time a pic took me so long, and the first time I tried certain effects.
I'm not totally satisfied with it, but I love it anyway ^_^
(look at the fur...that's not a texture, it's done by mouse)

Adult Kopa, as I imagine him (Nala's paws and eyes).
extremely old pic, the contest was the chance to finish it

But this is not a pic simple as it seems! I drew it COMPLETELY by mouse!!
the brush is the only tool I used. not even levels were used
if you zoom in you'll see the lines aren't perfect...

What are Vitani's feelings for Simba after SP?
She admires him, but she can't forget years of hate. her family has been erased because of him!
Kovu is helped by love, but for Vitani it's not so easy to remove the past.

EDIT: Entering this in the contest! just a simple pic, but I wanted to show the playful side of Simba! I think Kiara doesn't see her father only as a strict figure : )

well,in my version of TLK3 the story is based on the characters of Kovu and his son,Kopa.
the lioness with cubs is Vitani with her twin children: Nuka and Shani. the names aren't very original :P
