now click on the smudge tool, pick a customized grass brush or the regular grass brush. Start smudging up down and diagonal not side to side it may mess it up.

Next, pic different shades of grass and just start scribbling little spots everywhere (don't make them too big)

now make a new layer and fill the rectangle with a grass color (i used #078b00)press ctrl+d to deselect

first, pick a BG color i used #00a2ff. next use the rectangular marque tool to make a rectangle at the bottom of the page
