Meet Leonardo

He is a rather fluffy-maned lion with an easy taunted personality. If I had a large, overgrown mane that I had to drag, I probably would prefer people stop staring.

Tis Pride Rock

First attempt from quite a while ago. But I had been browsing through some catogories of pictures I made and found a lost folder that included pictures from over the summer. Because my ability in drawing lions had improved over these path months, they aren't exactly the most attracting pictures, yet when I stumbled upon this one, I felt perhaps a bit proud of it. Yet I might be thinking about uploading more from that folder, yet I have high doubts :3

Makali Pua's mate. She has a bit of a depressing life, yet when she finds her beloved mate, she has a happy ending. Her name means "shade" in Swahili.

Makali Pua

A new character I made, and yes, that is his long name. It means "sharp nose" in Swahili, and I thought it was a perfect match. I don't know where he is going to go yet; I've been making a million new characters. He will have a happy life though for as far as I have planned, yet every life has some tragedy. Look out for more of him, for I can not stop doodling him in Sketcher now.

The crackling thunder blended with the angered roars of the large lion clawing against the large cliff; he was determined to grasp the cub. Fila was a serene lioness, what he desired, yet a runt stood between this claim. Panya had to go.

Fila rubbed against the startled cub, rain dripping down their muzzles. Though the lion was furious and horrified Panya severely, Fila found a tender behavior to relax the cub, but Fila herself was unsure how it would end.

A new character of mine named Panya. She is an albino lioness and is born as a runt, and though has a challenging and struggling life, she does her best to stand upright and is determined to reach adult-hood.

Where'd you get those babies Nura...

She's been naughty lately; she found a young rogue wandering around and now I have a dozen of these little fluff balls. I might be giving some away, but only to people I am sure will take good care of them. Beware; I will take them back if not active with them. Please comment if you would want one; you might not get one though out of these. The cutie on the left, actually, has some problems; his eyes detect he has Rim Virus. Rim Virus is fatel on males and I might have to let him go... DX

Ref sheet for my second White-Tailed Sabra Lion Hanja :3 He is a random, lonely male that I might make Nura adopt. They are the only Sabra Lions on the face of the earth Oo I am thinking of breeding Nura and giving her cubs to people I know will take care of them :D

The natural enviorment for a clan of Sabra Lions. Usually Sabra Lions do not live in group, but if in desert will usually. As you see, this climate is dry, so most likely a clan would live here. They live in private burrows dug into sand and stone dunes, (they are both skilled at climbing and digging), and will sleep between hours in the moist shelters. Cubs will be left with their mothers until four months and then share with three in one burrow. They are orginized predators and are rarely unprepared for harsh weather or scarce food.

Nura is a White-Tailed Sabra Lioness. Nura means "light" in Swahili and I thought it fitted her personality. Again, remember if you want me to design or you want to design a Sabra Lion, please ask first and see what I say. Thanks you!!!

This is my entry for Fluffy K.'s contest. The contest is to design Siki's brother, and so I designed him a baby brother named Haki, which mean "justice" in swahili. Some features on him are his few spots; two on each ear and three on both front legs; he has a circle marking on his four paw-pads; to resemble a bit of Siki, I added the outlines that go around his paws, though instead of red they are a duller green.

So here he is, fresh and new and hopefully going to be able to find a good home. If I don't win, I will either give him for free to Fluffy K. or keep him myself :3
