One of Simba, I find his mane so hard to draw. His muzzle is a bit too cublike in my opinion. Not sure if I'll end up colouring it or not.

Linework of Kovu, not sure when I'll get to colour it. But I do like the way it came out. Kovu is easier to draw than Simba =D

I'm really happy with how this picture came out. I spent a lot of time on both the sketch and the colouring. Timon's expression gave me a whole lot of trouble but I think it turned out ok.
Comments/critique on Timon would be greatly appreciated.

But blind with anger, unable to accept that he was not thought worthy for the throne, Taka lunged at him, a blur of claws and teeth.
'Brother, no!' Mufasa cried, rearing up in defence. He had no wish to harm Taka, but until he did, there would be no end to it." ...

Yes I did colour it practically straight away after uploading the sketch.. but it's only here now =P
I quite like how it came actually, the colours and the shapes of things. =) Mufasa is cool.
I also like the fact that it's not quite Disney, especially the body/legs (in my opinion at least).

Sketched this one out last night when I went to bed, I'm really proud of it actually. It's my best pic of Mufasa, and comparing it to some previous pics of him (pics 76 and and 69) I've really improved. =) I'm colouring this at the moment, though I'm undecided as to whether I'll add a background or not.

I can't believe I'm uploading this, I really don't like it. Vitani looks fat and non-outlanderish and the colouring is so scrappy... I started off colouring nicely but then I kept stuffing it up and so I just got angry with it. I don't like it.

And then... OH MY GOSH... TABLET!!!!!! :D :D :D ^^ Hehe. Yes, I did my first ever tablet pic in Paint, but hey, Photoshop wasn't installed yet :P Bow to the Simba-ness of my tablet drawing ability.
Also *hugs* to Kintaru and my brother for getting me the tablet for my birthday :) Oh yeah.. it was my birthday :P

***This is my 401st upload!!!
What if they had ruled together, they would be up there as "Brother Ghosts".
This pic first started out as a sketch of scar which I didn't like because of his expression. So I started giving him a swirly mane and it developed from there. I'm quite proud though that I didn't erase any part of this pic at any stage.

Just another sketch of Scar this time. Drawn at Uni when I was bored, I do a lot of drawing in classes at Uni, lol. I really appreciate comments on this one, especially on how I could improve the shoulder area and shape of the mane, as it doesn't look quite right for Scar.

I coloured some of KassyNaVerdis's wonderful line work. :) My colouring doesn't do it justice.
Something like this would have usually taken me no more than an hour to complete, but I am having troubles with my arm and it took me about 1hr and 45mins to complete and it was hard with my arm being the way it is, but I struggled through, which is why the colouring isn't up to scratch. Apart from that, I tried a new shading technique with Scar's mane, tell me what you think.

Here he is, it's Simba!!!! I originally drew this as an oekaki sketch and then decided to colour it in photoshop! I think it turned out allright considering the fact that I never draw pics with jsut a mouse, I always draw on the computer from my sketches.

This is Simba as an adolescent, he seems to be explaining something, I quite like this picture except when I scanned it, it was either too dark (like this one) or too light in colour. This version looked better than the lighter version.
