100th Upload! :D Nothing too exciting to celebrate, but I did end up changing the names of two characters I've had for nearly 10 years :P

These two were once named Kimba and Kayla, twin cubs I created for Kovu and Kiara shortly after seeing TLK 2. Now having created several other characters, all with more creative, Swahili names, I decided to give them both a name change, and tweak their character designs.

Kimba (the left cub) is now Mfalme, which means 'King.' Kayla (at right) is now Malkia, which means 'Queen.'

After looking at the black-back (or silver-back) jackal again, I realized that Mela looked nothing like one. So I redesigned her to look more "on-topic"

It would be nice if i made my non-lion characters easy-to-draw animals...

This is my new character, Ndugu. He is a rogue who comes to the Pride Lands, and is whom Aroca befriends and falls in love with after Makali stops talking to her. Of course, like other friendships, there are problems...
